General Check-in Instructions

- Early check-in is subject to room availability at the time of arrival unless the room is pre-registered for the night before. 50% of the daily room rate will be charged for an extension up to 18:00 hours. A full-day room rate shall be applied after 18:00 hours. Both of these facilities are subject to room availability.
- Children 0-5 year(s) stay for free if using existing bedding. Extra bed is subject to availability and will incur an additional charge.
- Children 6 to 11 years old will be charged VND 250,000/night/child for breakfast when using existing bed. During holiday and festive periods, the breakfast charge will be VND 400,000/night/child
- Children aged 12 and above are considered adults and must use an extra bed. The charge for an extra bed is VND 500,000/extra bed/night, and VND 800,000/extra bed/night during holidays and festive periods.
- Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) and a credit card upon check-in upon check-in. Name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
- All Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests are required to pay the surcharge fees directly to the hotel at check-in.
