Nice hotel with good service

Very nice property and an extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices.

Airport shuttle pickup/drop off was great. The breakfast spread is absolutely amazing. And the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Wonderful hotel!

The breakfast was very nice including anything you could want. A great way to begin the day.

The hotel was situated on the Main Street , Checkin/out was good . Despite request in advance to get a quieter room we were given a room looking at Main Street which was noisy all night .The bed was ok , bathroom was clean but everything was dated .

Very nice stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I received a welcome drink and cookie upon arrival. My room was very cleaned and comfy. The breakfast was good as well. Really enjoyed the fact they started breakfast early for those that had early excursions

Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, great location close to the old town/main square. A perfect hub if you want to explore Cusco and the wider region. Also, the hotel restaurant is excellent.

Our stay at Sonesta Cusco was excellent! The hotel is comfortable, beautifully maintained, and conveniently located just a short walk from the main square. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very cozy—perfect for resting after exploring Cusco. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed and making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to start the day. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sonesta Cusco to anyone visiting the city.
