The room is super small. Don't have space to open the luggage and they don't tidy up the room. They said the room full of luggage. But actually I only have 2 big luggage. The food is OK… the location is very good. Close to mall

The hotel is very good location, walk out from jr, turn right, then will see 2 red lights, walk 5 minutes to reach the receptionist, very good to check in early. The room was spacious, comfortable, soft mattress, bathroom was spacious, the bathtub was clean, new, full bathroom equipment, there is a safe for the day to not clean. Staff will hang bags in front of the room, there will be towels. Bathroom accessories Considered very attentive There is an onsen for free soaking separately. Men and women have water to pat skin cream for free in the onsen. This hotel is good. Everything sleeps 4 nights. Impressed. If going to Sapporo, will go back to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Clean room, good location and excellent public bath tab.

Service is good, room is clean and comfortable. Not far from JR sapporo.

Near JR Sapporor station, near Hokkaido Former Government Office, 10 minutes to Odori Park. Provided Lounge free tea coffee, public bath inside the hotel. Service staff is very satisfying. Some staff even helped me reserve via telephone extra baggage Airlines, and was accompanied by payment via bank outside the hotel, because all in Japanese.

Excellent hotel. Walk 2-5 minutes from Sapporo Station. Walk through the underground which can be directly connected to the Susimimno area. Highly recommended.

Good location very close to Sapporo Station, easy to looking for food and near bus stop direct to New Chitose Airport also. Very recommended.
