Near JR Sapporor station, near Hokkaido Former Government Office, 10 minutes to Odori Park. Provided Lounge free tea coffee, public bath inside the hotel. Service staff is very satisfying. Some staff even helped me reserve via telephone extra baggage Airlines, and was accompanied by payment via bank outside the hotel, because all in Japanese.

It's close to Sapporo station, easy to get around town, and the staff is very friendly. I stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was clean and I liked it. The room was smaller than I expected, so it was cramped if you put your suitcase, but it was not a big problem to stay. The large public bath was also conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

We booked 5 rooms and we had a nice stay. The hotel has a lounge where we can meet up in the evening. The lounge is the breakfast area in the morning if you booked with breakfast.

Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk.

A well located hotel not too far from an entry to the underground shopping arcades. There are only stairs at rhat point so suitcases had to be dragged across the icy footpaths and roads to get to the station. In warmer seasons, a good choice. The info centre in the station showed a good access route getting actually out of the station which can be a confusing place!
