The location, the staff and the accommodations were outstanding. We would stay here again.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Nice reception area and breakfast area. The room #103, was very large, clean and well appointed with bed, couch, desk and chair. Good lighting and power access. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Staff especially the barman was very well welcoming, he gave us recommendations and mans served us with a smile every time. The room was spacious and clean. The location is central and only a few minutes walk from the main areas. Absolutely recommend this place for every visit!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room however was very warm, found out on day 2 that the air con was controlled centrally so was sorted by reception as soon as I asked for it to be set to cool instead of heat. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the housekeepers were very kind, decent breakfast...BUT the noise level from my room was extremely loud, maybe it was where my room was situated?? for this reason I would not stay here again

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. Quiet location, walkable to gandolas, water taxis, shopping, the piazza and dining. **Breakfast is not free and is somewhat pricey. However, the fresh juice options and options were very palatable. Wait staff was very attentive.
