the breakfast buffet menu is really far beyond expectations; a tremendous menu array and all excellent. Coffee refills are always at your elbow.

Rooms clean, though musty smell in the room initially, once the AC was turned on the smell went away. We had to ask for x-tra pillows, only one pillow each, found blanket in the closet. The breakfast was great, nice variety. Staff friendly. They need more entertainment for guest, only provided a violinist & Mariachi group while there & it appeared only for dining guests by the pool area.

La limpieza me entro al cuarto sin tocar la puerta mas de una vez. Concepto malisimo de privacidad. Me cobraron un late check out porq sali a las 12:40pm cuando supuestamente el checkout es a las 12. Al parecer el recepcionista Ricardo tampoco tomo en consideracion que soy socio de RIU hotels y el standing de Expedia. Al parecer tamapoco saben las veces que me he quedado en el mismo hotel RiU por años

After our overnight flight landed early in the morning, the very friendly front desk agent was able to get us into our room early to refresh ourselves for the day. The property is beautiful and clean. The lobby bar occasionally featured live music or a DJ in the evening, and the staff in the bar is wonderful. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious.

Had minor issue with bathroom sink leaking water on the floor; but staff was Very prompt in fixing the issue - Other than that, my entire stay was Excellent! Fifth time visiting Panama; and each time, I’m treated Wonderfully by the staff, especially housekeeping😊 Breakfast Always a Delight!

Breakfast was excellent, the room was nice, the pool was fun and a beautiful tropical setting.
