The whole property was uncomfortably HOT AC didn’t work properly in the room AC is turned off in public areas (lobby, restaurant, etc.) after 11:00pm - in Panama is criminal. The drainage of the bathroom was awfully clogged and the water was accumulating quickly, so the first morning showering was limited and they couldn’t fix the issue. A new room was assigned in a lower floor and moving was uncomfortable since it was a three business day trip. Time for unpacking, repacking, unpacking, and repacking took valuable time of the trip.

Bad people like to charge for smoking even if you don’t smoke in the room long story short but I buy a cigar from around the corner smoke some of the cigar put it out went up to my room to get dressed for dinner when I came back from dinner a nice little letter talking about I had smoked in the room I tried to explain to the manager that it was not smoking in the room that I had put out the cigar outside and came up to my room he said it doesn’t matter I have to pay 200 with said I was very upset and will never ever come here again

Breakfast options were incredible. Comfortable bed/room. Kind staff. $5 cab ride from most places. Safe area.

I enjoyed breakfast. They provided authentic Panamanian food, in addition to American breakfast.

Hotel is conveniently and centrally located. Breakfast buffet is pricey but varied selections excellent and tasty. Waiters Gabriel (poolside) and Erick (breakfast) are both great! I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were not clean; the room smelled bad and was very damp. There weren't enough towels—none for drying one's face, for the floor, or for drying off after a shower. There wasn't enough staff to carry luggage to the rooms; in fact, I had to carry my own bags. The pool is too small for the number of guests staying there. In conclusion, I don't think it's a 5-star hotel; for me, it's a 3-star hotel.
