Propre, calme et déjeuner complet

Nôtre dépôt de 200 $ a été conservé pour une plainte de bruit, malgré un seul avertissement suivi d’un arrêt immédiat. Aucun dommage matériel n’a été causé. Décision difficile à justifier, surtout considérant les commentaires d'autres clients mentionnant une insonorisation déficiente.

Everything was great. Only thing that bothered me was the sounds coming from the Main Street and hallway. Not soundproofed enough for my liking.

Everything is clean, great staff. The room is incredible especially for two adultes! Don’t be cheap. I promise it’s worth it

We checked in online to save time. All we had to do was pick up the keys... credit card number provided, and everything. Once we arrived, we had to do it all again. The receptionist didn't understand, even when we told her it was on their website. Anyway, we expressed our dissatisfaction, which seemed to annoy the receptionist, who told us there was a customer satisfaction card and that we could speak to the manager. So, the first morning, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to put towels and a trash bag in our room. She said yes. I thanked her, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 10 p.m. with two children (4 and 2 years old) asleep in our arms, we arrived at our door to find that our two key cards no longer worked. We had to go back to reception, still with our children in our arms. We also noticed that we weren't given any towels or trash bags as agreed. Aside from the breakfast, which was okay, I won't be going back. The parking is terrible. The rooms are okay. The breakfast is okay. As for the staff, it seems like they don't care.

It was my first time at the spa it was truly an amazing experience i took with to South Africa. The staff was friendly and helpful .

Tout etait parfait,chambre tres propre dejeuner continental excellent beaucoup de variétés,spa le finlandais a 2 minutes de marche,j,ai beaucoup apprécié l,hotel le rivage,je recommanderai cet hotel sympathique.merci et a la prochaine,un client tres satisfait merci xx ⁵
