Amazing welcome and service! Truly a 5 star hotel. Rooftop was amazing and so was the sushi restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Pool needs some TLC.

The arrival and check in was so easy with the very friendly staff. While I was having a welcome tea, in the air conditioned lobby, the front desk was taking care of all the paperwork. The room facing the street was excellent. The double glazing windows keep the room silent while the street atmosphere is quite charming. The rooftop pool is spectacular with breathtaking view of the city and the High Atlas in the background. Hotel transportation is readily available for $10 anywhere you want to go in the city. Nobu is located in the new part of town, right outside of the wall of the Medina. It’s a perfect location. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff so well mannered that makes you want to hang out and chat. I highly recommend this property.

No privacy whatsoever - had staff coming into our room three times during the one night we stayed there despite us locking the door and telling them to not come in when they knocked. My wife wears the hijab so this was really important but this was not considered. Also, the rooftop is really loud so is difficult to get sleep and we had an early flight the following morning. Staff are not welcoming. Really shocked at the service here as we heard good things but we had a very opposite experience

Wonderful stay! Great rooftop, clean rooms, super friendly and servicing staff, yummy food. Close to everything. As a frequent traveler - Def recommend !

If you want a restful night of sleep do not stay in this hotel. The rooftop bar turns into a club and there is loud thumping music until midnight. We were offered to switch rooms at 10 pm but opted not to because it would have been a huge hassle. As it turns out from reading other reviews there are no quiet rooms in this hotel. We tried to get some compensation but the manager refused the request. There are many other places to stay I would definitely avoid this overpriced hotel.

The location is excellent, close to the main attraction. Roof top events are fun and entertaining. The spa, the gym, and the Amman are excellent. The staffs are super friendly.

Amazing hotel, ideal location, staff incredible

The service is impeccable and the property is beautiful and centrally located. The service was so friendly and accommodating ! We ordered room service which you can access Nobu menu also and it was white glove service. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback

It’s like staying in a night club - the roof bar plays very loud music until 2am. If you are on the 3rd floor it’s like the DJ is in your bedroom. The staff know this and pretend to care - but don’t do anything about it. In general staff are non responsive

Great staff, perfect location, but appears to be a procurement problem for the Rooftop restaurant and bar - no tuna, no wasabi (surprisingly for a Japanese restaurant) and no Martini liquor ( I think they meant vermouth). Their rooftop bar gets very busy especially on a Saturday night with stomping live dj sets. Great if you’ve come to party, no so great if you’re room is on any of the floors below as there is no sound proofing on any of the floors below.The rooms are incredibly spacious and have ò

TOTAL SCAM. I CANCELLED WITH MANAGER ON 12/4/2025 via an international call from the USA. MGR confirmed he cancelled my reservation while in the call. Scammer charged over $3,600 AFTER they confirmed my cancellation. I chose “pay upon arrival” hotel wasn’t supposed to charge me until I arrived/checked in. They stole from me. Also, per their company policy they were only legally able to charge me 1 night IF didn’t cancel in time(PLEASE NOTE I CANCELLED 12/04/2025 for a 12/22/2025) these thieves still charged me for 4 nights!!!! I have phone messages and I recorded the call with my iPhone of the hotel manager confirming her would personally cancel my reservations. They are dodgy and they steal. Don’t stay here, avoid this place. Fraud and will try to lie to keep your money. I have all the phone proof and even call recorded.

Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.

Great staff and unbelievable rooftop

Fantastic, service impeccable and roof top pool outstanding. Rooms very well equipped and all mini suites. Very safe with security and airport pick up. Located in high end district walkable to Medina. Multiple dining options. One of best breakfast buffets I have had in years. Struggling to find areas to improve !

Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!
