Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.

Great staff and unbelievable rooftop

Fantastic, service impeccable and roof top pool outstanding. Rooms very well equipped and all mini suites. Very safe with security and airport pick up. Located in high end district walkable to Medina. Multiple dining options. One of best breakfast buffets I have had in years. Struggling to find areas to improve !

Excellant

Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!

The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxed. The rooftop pool and views were a highlight - the perfect mix of elegance and energy. Would definitely come back.

Overall the Nobu is fantastically located for access to the Medina (10-15 min walk), but tucked away in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel staff were great (Special shout to Jamal the concierge who helped make our stay), and the rooftop pool provided a retreat from the activities of any day. Rooms were spacious and well looked after and the spa is definitely worth a visit. Overall if you are considering a first time in Marrakech, but want to ensure creature comforts then the Nobu is worth a serious look. Only slight grumble was the noise from the rooftop on the Saturday night. We had an early flight and wanted to call it a day before midnight. The sound travelled.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location for the old and new town. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic place! Would certainly stay at this hotel again

I did not enjoy the stay at Nobu. For a 5 star hotel at that price.. I expected WAY better. The first day me and wife were there.. cleaning services knocked on the door 3 times within 4 hours. Once to say “do you need towels” then an hour later th wet knock again to ask about the mini bar” and then 2 hours later “you need anything?”. I appreciate they are trying to take care of us but they crossed that line into bothering us. So I turned on the DND sign. Then what did they do? Started calling the room. I had to ask them to please leave us alone. On top of that, the cleaning lady just walked in without knocking while my wife was changing. My wife screamed in panic. I ran to the door to talk at her to get out and she just said “sorry wrong room.” The sink in the bathroom didn’t work, they had to come and fix it. The man who brought room service food to the room was very disrespectful and rude. And the AC was making squeezing noises all through the night. First and last time I ever stay at Nobu Hotel.

Nobu went over and beyond during my stay, went there for my girlfriends 23rd and they made sure it was the happiest birthday she’s ever had. Thank you to all the wonderful and amazing people at Nobu! Would definitely be visiting again soon

The place really is faultless. The staff, the facilities, location we really cannot recommend the Nobu enough. We have travelled the world extensively and as a 54 year old man I have never been to a hotel like this and considering we like to travel luxuriously this place is a standout. Having one person playing music during breakfast and the show at the rooftop and during dinner at Nobu, it really makes the difference. At the restaurant the chef came to say hello, the food was excellent and everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly (house keeping-concierge-restaurant etc) congratulations to the GM
