Det er ikke et hotel jeg vil anbefale til børn. Pool i stueplan kan ikke benyttes, så forkert at de skriver 2 pools. Det hele føles lidt klemt og småt. Lidt arrogant personale ved rooftop pool, men tjenerne er søde. De burde skrive adults only.

The service is impeccable and the property is beautiful and centrally located. The service was so friendly and accommodating ! We ordered room service which you can access Nobu menu also and it was white glove service. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback

Old Hotel - very noisy in the rooms due to the roof top pool. Nice vibe, good restaurants - employees try hard but service is not up to the 5*standards. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel. Good location.

It’s like staying in a night club - the roof bar plays very loud music until 2am. If you are on the 3rd floor it’s like the DJ is in your bedroom. The staff know this and pretend to care - but don’t do anything about it. In general staff are non responsive

Great staff, perfect location, but appears to be a procurement problem for the Rooftop restaurant and bar - no tuna, no wasabi (surprisingly for a Japanese restaurant) and no Martini liquor ( I think they meant vermouth). Their rooftop bar gets very busy especially on a Saturday night with stomping live dj sets. Great if you’ve come to party, no so great if you’re room is on any of the floors below as there is no sound proofing on any of the floors below.The rooms are incredibly spacious and have ò

TOTAL SCAM. I CANCELLED WITH MANAGER ON 12/4/2025 via an international call from the USA. MGR confirmed he cancelled my reservation while in the call. Scammer charged over $3,600 AFTER they confirmed my cancellation. I chose “pay upon arrival” hotel wasn’t supposed to charge me until I arrived/checked in. They stole from me. Also, per their company policy they were only legally able to charge me 1 night IF didn’t cancel in time(PLEASE NOTE I CANCELLED 12/04/2025 for a 12/22/2025) these thieves still charged me for 4 nights!!!! I have phone messages and I recorded the call with my iPhone of the hotel manager confirming her would personally cancel my reservations. They are dodgy and they steal. Don’t stay here, avoid this place. Fraud and will try to lie to keep your money. I have all the phone proof and even call recorded.

Nicely located to walk to all of the sites in the downtown/old city area. Staff was very friendly.

I appreciate the great service received, loved the room booked, and the pool areas were immaculate both the indoor and outdoor. My only con is I wish the area was more walkable to more shopping and food options because I didn’t enjoy the food at the hotel.

Great staff and unbelievable rooftop

Fantastic, service impeccable and roof top pool outstanding. Rooms very well equipped and all mini suites. Very safe with security and airport pick up. Located in high end district walkable to Medina. Multiple dining options. One of best breakfast buffets I have had in years. Struggling to find areas to improve !

Room and amenities are good however the sauna door didn’t close properly so it wasn’t very hot and the steam room was turned off. Also breakfast is poor. Staff are excellent!

The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet relaxed. The rooftop pool and views were a highlight - the perfect mix of elegance and energy. Would definitely come back.

Overall the Nobu is fantastically located for access to the Medina (10-15 min walk), but tucked away in a very nice neighbourhood. The hotel staff were great (Special shout to Jamal the concierge who helped make our stay), and the rooftop pool provided a retreat from the activities of any day. Rooms were spacious and well looked after and the spa is definitely worth a visit. Overall if you are considering a first time in Marrakech, but want to ensure creature comforts then the Nobu is worth a serious look. Only slight grumble was the noise from the rooftop on the Saturday night. We had an early flight and wanted to call it a day before midnight. The sound travelled.
