Very low quality motel. Old. Outdated.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner has no pride in his building, is rude, a liar and has no integrity. I stayed at Inn on Pim on Saturday June 13th, 2026, and left within two hours of checking in. Besides our room key not working, we noticed that the floor was not swept. When I went to the bathroom, I saw stains on the hand towels. When we grabbed a larger towel to wipe out the melted ice from the bottom of our cooler, we saw that the bath towel also had a stain on it, and had a foul odour. We ordered Uber eats before settling in, and after eating (approx 1 hour into our stay so far), I began to pull the bedding back to get ready for bed, and that's when I saw the fresh blood on my sheets. It looked like someone had previously slept in the bed, and the staff never bothered to even clean the sheets but just remade the bed. Every article of bedding was stained. When I showed the owner the bloody sheets, he accused us of renting the room just to trash it. He pointed to some rice my friend had dropped from our meal (to which we owned up to dropping). He claimed that the sheets were perfectly clean, that we spent 4 hours in the room (even though we have hard proof we were checked into a new hotel two hours later) and that all the stains were made by us. When I called to complain to expedia with proof, the owner continued his lies by saying we were in the room for more than 4 hours, trashed the room and denied us a refund. He has zero integrity in running his Inn.

The bedsheets were dirty and no staff was available on the spot.

It was good overall, but the cleaning wasn’t the best and air conditioning didn’t work properly!

Inn was being renovated and the front desk area was deserted when we arrived. We had to phone the manager to check in. The room was not clean. Found soiled bedding with discarded contraceptives on the bedsheet. The rooms are not soundproof. All through the night we had to listen to an elephant parade. Although plenty of parking is available, some inconsiderate a** decided to block us in with their motorbike trailer still attached to their vehicle. We thought the motel staff should have recognized the potential problem and dealt with it.

1st of all the owner is very helpful and sime day this will be a great place to stay. Its in a bad area so because the door lock didn't function well, I honestly stayed up all night as the folks living on the next store property were threatening us through the fence as we got in. The owner tried to fix the lock and the TV. The entrance door had been kicked in previously so the lock was newer but questonable on its functionality. The owner was not able to get our TV working. We did not use the shower as it was scary. There were no sheets on the bed...just a old comforter. We paid $139 for the night when the other hotels were all booked. Again, the owner is fixing this place up so one day it will be better.

Worth it! I needed a place to sleep and this was affordable and worked out great! Staff were accommodating helped me with car cleaning from my long travels and let me sleep in!

Not great the parking lot was littered in garbage from the over flow bin. The Ice room was closed. The place was a mess. I will never stay or recommend it. The manager couldn't care less.

The room was clean, parking was easy, proximity to restaurants was good, but the general area was depressing. I believe I would look elsewhere in future.

Absolutely do NOT stay here! Room was nasty! Pubic hair on the floor in bathroom, door mat was filthy, pink mold growing in corner of tub, pillows were brown (were white) both beds had little blood stains and some weird brown stains on the sheets! Should have known as the front office was also dirty, and were cigarette butts all up and down the walkway, A/C was way under sized. Should have really listened to the 1 and 2 out of 10 experiences!! I assume the 10/10 reviews are friends and family of owner, because based on our experience, no one in their right mind would rate it 10/10. Room was no where near what it looked like on website. Also ice machine didn’t work. Had a 2 queen room and only had 1 towel in room. I read all reviews and owner/manager had written a bunch of excuses for why people were unhappy with stay and said their review will help them improve, well there is no damn way they took any of that seriously, because after dozens of crappy reviews for cleanliness, it should be rectified by now!! 0/10!! Would not stay here again if it were the only option! For reference, I’m and electrician from NB who was on vacation with family, but I stay on average 100 nights per year in hotels for the last 20 years, so I’m not new to dive hotels, but this one takes the cake!! And lastly, rate was $119 per night and came to $190!! That’s an awful lot of taxes and fees!

The owner was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They gladly provided our additional bedding requests, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room needs significant improvement. The bed sheets and pillowcases had multiple visible stains and appeared yellowish, even the replacement bedding. There was also an unpleasant smell on the sheets. In addition, the microwave was dirty and had a lingering odor, making us uncomfortable using it. Overall, the hospitality was great, but cleanliness is an area that really needs attention. With better housekeeping, this place could offer a much better experience for future guests.

Unhygienic and poorly furnished

The other side on the ground floor need serious upgrade i saw the room 30 and It was so appalling😒. I will advice the management to really upgrade that side of the hotel, as I will not even take the room for any discounted rate.

Not clean, bathroom smell, not enough water in the shower. I don’t think they clean the room after each client

Bathroom and shower nice, room clean! We booked 1 Queen bed was given a room with 2 double beds, one bed was hard as rock, other bed had an old mattress with metal springs in it. Tv did not work, asked office but he couldn't get it to work either, gave us no options to change room. Only one camp chair in room, no hairdryer or Kleenex! Window by bathroom had a Lacey curtain on it, no blind so didn't keep light out!

Parents, do not bring your children here. My family and I stayed here while traveling, and it was one of the most uncomfortable motel experiences we've had. We arrived later in the evening and immediately felt uneasy. There were people drinking outside, loud arguments, marijuana smoke around the property, and groups of people congregating late into the night. It did not feel family-friendly or safe. The room door had no deadbolt and no chain lock. I was concerned enough that I placed a chair under the doorknob before going to bed so I could feel safer with my family in the room. Because of how uncomfortable we felt, we didn't inspect the beds until the following morning. When we did, we found mattress covers with visible blood stains, burn marks, hair, and other stains. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Most disturbing of all my kids found a vibrator pe*is s*x toy underneath the edge of one of the beds. The TVs did not work, and the coffee maker could not be plugged in because of its placement and cord length. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, missing security features, and concerning atmosphere around the property, I would not recommend this motel to families. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room, but they will not letme post them here. We will not be returning.
