The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating

We stayed at this motel in the winter and had a disappointing experience. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and the walkway and stairs were still covered in snow. We booked about three hours before arriving, so staff knew we were coming. When we got there, I had to call the front desk to check in and ended up waiting outside in the cold for several minutes. The staff member finally came, checked us in, and left again without clearing the walkway. We had to shovel a path ourselves to bring in our bags. The room itself was clean but here were several hairs on the sheets, and the fitted sheet was quite dirty with stains. The mattress was hard and not the most comfortable. There were no hand towels, shower mat, or hooks to hang our coats. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided. The only positive thing was the shower — it had good water pressure and the bathroom was clean

I had an amazing stay from beginning to end ! The room was spotless and featured beautiful new furniture and touch sensor lamps made the space feel modern ,comfortable and inviting.The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent fast, reliable and perfect for both work and streaming without any interruptions. The staff provided truly outstanding service everyone was friendly ,attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed .The amenities were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience,and top-quality service.
