Room was hot asf all night and the AC didn’t help at all. The TV also froze every 5 seconds even after calling the front desk to fix the tv. The pillows were thinner then my aunties bannock butt.

Clean and simple

The door didn’t properly shut, so the cold outside air kept coming in (it was -15 outside) and the heat didnt work. The bathtub was gross, we showered with shoes. The bedsheets were stained. Fine for one night, but nothing more.

Room, beds, and bathroom are nice and modern. The owner was very nice, and privided prompt service. Only complaint, the wifi was terible.

Clean but Spartan. No bed sheets for blanket that looked sketchy. WiFi is very poor. Curtain flimsy on the window does not close well. Monumental improvement from before Reno. Needs some details

The room was clean, and the staff was accommodating

We stayed at this motel in the winter and had a disappointing experience. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and the walkway and stairs were still covered in snow. We booked about three hours before arriving, so staff knew we were coming. When we got there, I had to call the front desk to check in and ended up waiting outside in the cold for several minutes. The staff member finally came, checked us in, and left again without clearing the walkway. We had to shovel a path ourselves to bring in our bags. The room itself was clean but here were several hairs on the sheets, and the fitted sheet was quite dirty with stains. The mattress was hard and not the most comfortable. There were no hand towels, shower mat, or hooks to hang our coats. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided. The only positive thing was the shower — it had good water pressure and the bathroom was clean

I had an amazing stay from beginning to end ! The room was spotless and featured beautiful new furniture and touch sensor lamps made the space feel modern ,comfortable and inviting.The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent fast, reliable and perfect for both work and streaming without any interruptions. The staff provided truly outstanding service everyone was friendly ,attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed .The amenities were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience,and top-quality service.

The new owners took over in Nov 2025. It really looks like they’ve put a lot of money in renovations. The staff is amazing and the service is great. Nice new rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.
