Recently renovated property in a nice area of the city.

The room was so bad, we left and slept in our vehicle. In fairness, the one staff member was not in the office as he also was doing everything on the property, so we did not discuss this with him first. Truthfully, that was because no change could have fixed the issues to the point where'd we'd stay. We had 2 rooms, with a total of 4 beds, there were multiple stains on 3 of the 4 comforters, one set of dirty sheets, dirty floors, one of the 2 bathrooms was dirty with dirt and hair in tub. Renovations require some dust and dirt, but clean rooms and especially clean bedding is a must not matter how good of a deal was offered.

While the place was renovated recently, it still needs more work. Not worth for the price we paid.

The room was not clean. The smell was not pleasant. No one garbage bin in the room. Only one cup for coffee for 2 people was in reality. Will not return here exactly.

Great price for the stay. The rooms are nicely renovated and look great. The back window doesn’t lock. The ac is a window ac that is fairly old but still worked a little bit. The room stayed at 22c. Bathroom was nice and clean with a decent size bath tub. No breakfast. Staff are very friendly and kind. We enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

You get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly. The room was like a sad college dorm. But, the A/C was on and I got a good nights sleep for little money spent.

The front desk attendant was very helpful. The room could’ve been cleaned better. The TV kept turning off and the sound would not match up to the show.

No car charging station, even if mentioned in amenities. Room was smelly and bathroom wall had holes and dirt. The walls are paper thin you can hear a lot of noise from otbe rooms. Free for all in the parking lot. Never again.

The room is smelling, the bed is not comfortable.

We were travelling across Canada and stayed one night at this hotel. It was clean, a central location and provided everything we needed... which was a place to stay one night and in the morning we drove on. For our needs, it was great.

I would not recommend this Inn to anyone. Ever. The rooms were disgusting and filthy! When we complained to the front desk manager, the response was "I don't know how to clean"! There was no TV or remote and no HOT WATER! The picture of the bed on the site and the bed that was actually in the room were also not even close. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Needs more reno work done as general condition is not very clean or crisp. Some work was done but perhaps long ago and needs a facelift. My wife would not have stayed there

Easy to find clean room good parking

I never have any issues even at 2 or 3 star inns. This inn was the worst I've been to. I had 3 room changes due to the first one with dirty pillows, unwashed sheets, and blood in the drain of the shower. The second room they had me try was literally 30 degrees inside, with the a/c not working - it was insane. I didn't know a room could get so hot and I'm not exaggerating. The third room I caved and stayed because I had just finished driving 15 hours and was extremely tired. I had to brush of hair and I did not use the top sheet as it was dirty. Will NEVER stay here again and I'd recommend anyone to pay another $50/$60 dollars to go somewhere else. Trust me.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner has no pride in his building, is rude, a liar and has no integrity. I stayed at Inn on Pim on Saturday June 13th, 2026, and left within two hours of checking in. Besides our room key not working, we noticed that the floor was not swept. When I went to the bathroom, I saw stains on the hand towels. When we grabbed a larger towel to wipe out the melted ice from the bottom of our cooler, we saw that the bath towel also had a stain on it, and had a foul odour. We ordered Uber eats before settling in, and after eating (approx 1 hour into our stay so far), I began to pull the bedding back to get ready for bed, and that's when I saw the fresh blood on my sheets. It looked like someone had previously slept in the bed, and the staff never bothered to even clean the sheets but just remade the bed. Every article of bedding was stained. When I showed the owner the bloody sheets, he accused us of renting the room just to trash it. He pointed to some rice my friend had dropped from our meal (to which we owned up to dropping). He claimed that the sheets were perfectly clean, that we spent 4 hours in the room (even though we have hard proof we were checked into a new hotel two hours later) and that all the stains were made by us. When I called to complain to expedia with proof, the owner continued his lies by saying we were in the room for more than 4 hours, trashed the room and denied us a refund. He has zero integrity in running his Inn.

The bedsheets were dirty and no staff was available on the spot.
