The new part was renovated nicely after the fire very nice room beds were comfortable for the price can't be beat , good location

Bathroom and shower nice, room clean! We booked 1 Queen bed was given a room with 2 double beds, one bed was hard as rock, other bed had an old mattress with metal springs in it. Tv did not work, asked office but he couldn't get it to work either, gave us no options to change room. Only one camp chair in room, no hairdryer or Kleenex! Window by bathroom had a Lacey curtain on it, no blind so didn't keep light out!

Parents, do not bring your children here. My family and I stayed here while traveling, and it was one of the most uncomfortable motel experiences we've had. We arrived later in the evening and immediately felt uneasy. There were people drinking outside, loud arguments, marijuana smoke around the property, and groups of people congregating late into the night. It did not feel family-friendly or safe. The room door had no deadbolt and no chain lock. I was concerned enough that I placed a chair under the doorknob before going to bed so I could feel safer with my family in the room. Because of how uncomfortable we felt, we didn't inspect the beds until the following morning. When we did, we found mattress covers with visible blood stains, burn marks, hair, and other stains. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Most disturbing of all my kids found a vibrator pe*is s*x toy underneath the edge of one of the beds. The TVs did not work, and the coffee maker could not be plugged in because of its placement and cord length. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, missing security features, and concerning atmosphere around the property, I would not recommend this motel to families. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room, but they will not letme post them here. We will not be returning.

Had to ask for towels and a second sheet on each bed. The sheets they brought smelled terribly of mildew, like they'd sat wet for far too long. We couldn't use them. Several bags of snacks in the office looked like they had been chewed on by mice. Room was swept and not moldy.

The Inn on Pim was a decent place for the price. Location was handy; Pim Street becomes the Great Northern Road which turns into the Trans-Canada heading out of the Sault. The front desk is not always manned and you have to be buzzed in for the door to open; that does not inspire confidence. Ice machine was not operational. Room was clean; guy at the front dest was helpful. 4 oz. paper cups for the coffee? Surely it would not be cost prohibitive to provide full-size paper cups. Overall - a decent place.

The staff was polite and pleasant to deal with, and there was plenty of space to park (we had a trailer) which was nice. The room, was spacious and tidy but questionable. The bed linens had little black hairs throughout from the cleaner or previous guest & I don’t believe it was bed bugs, but some mysterious bug got us. We woke up with multiple bites from head to toe.. The towels were dirty/stained & the shower water was warm at best. Definitely would have paid an extra $20 to stay somewhere else having known.

Checking in area was messy, staff wearing dirty sandals and unprofessional. Shower curtain ripped, towels were either stained and or dirty. Bedding on both beds were stained, had hair in the sheets. It took 30 minutes to get the sheets which we had to put on. Not happy in the least.

Unsafe, dirty, and misrepresented. Disgusted and cancelled on the spot. We booked a same day stay in the afternoon for a 7pm check in, but we felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that we refused to stay. The property advertises valet parking but there was absolutely NO ONE on site when we arrived. The office door was locked , and the buzzer looked broken. Looking through the window while waiting for a response, the floor was cracked and dirty, with random items like tires, gas jug, and hand weights scattered around. While I was in my vehicle contacting Expedia to cancel, two men pulled up and waved me over to the office. My husband went to the office and requested to see the room. The exterior door had a hole kicked in it. Inside, it smelled, the door frame had a gap wide enough that you could see through to the outside. While the bed and bathroom looked newer, the overall state of the property and lack of security made it impossible to stay. We left immediately and found a room elsewhere. Avoid this place!

Very clean and more updated room. The staff was very kind and check in was easy and quick

My room smelt like dirty feet

Absolutely disgusting. Food under one bed and used towels as well as hairs, looked like pubic, in the bed. Transfered to another room where it was about the same but with an added dildo under the bed. Left immediately. Stay away.

Clean room

room wasn't cleaned daily / fresh towels were not supplied daily /replacement in room coffee was not given daily / TV sucked was unable to get Stanley cup playoff games or baseball or current news

The trim around the bathroom door had black marks. The shower curtain had a small tear. The coffee pack was open not full. We ran out of body wash soap. There was lots of trash and old furniture on the property. The check in wasn't perfect but overall it was a pretty good experience.

Rooms clean but the water tap not good , no electric kettle
