Lovely view

Fabulous view, secure parking and location suited us perfectly. Would stay there again.

We enjoyed our brief stay here; staff were friendly and helpful, quiet location was great, 1 bed garden view on 2nd floor was spacious, well eqipped, and comfortable. We'll come back again, hopefully for a longer stay.

Our stay was nice, unfortunately check in was terrible, no communication on how to check in on public holiday and no VIP gift But room nice, clean.

Overlooking the beach, great views from the 3rd floor. All questions answered quickly, access was easy for shopping and restaurants and there was good parking in the basement and in the rear parking lot.

Our 11th floor apartment had a great view of Surfers and the sea, but it was a bit dated. Staff were very nice and helpful. Facilities were good especially outdoor spa, sauna and steam room. Buses are an easy way to get there from the train station and into town. .

Lovely property. Our room most probably wasn't the best as it was at the side even though rated a water view. Only just!

Made for an easy holiday

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Bay on the Broadwater, checkin was easy, the facilities were great and the staff efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

We (family of 4) stayed for 6 nights in 2 bedroom apartment and it was a great stay. Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious with balcony. It has a secure car parking at the basement with easy access via lift. Kitchen, laundary appliances etc was all working. It has nice clean pool and spa, kids loved it. Only con is that they provided 1 day of basic supply items like toiletries, dishwasher soap and we are suppose to buy our own. Overall happy with the stay.

Friendly staff, very clean & tidy. Pool was terrific. Will stay again, such a quiet area.

Great location lovely view- Large palms need some tlc and windows/runs need a good clean full of dust and cobwebs …but beds were very comfy- Free ice blocks were a lovely touch. Great gym to use but no cleaning products in gym to wipe down equipment. We will be back thankyou

We stayed here for a whole week it was very nice and convenient location

Recently spent 3 night at this property. The rooms were clean and set up well. Stayed in a one bedroom apartment which only had aircon in the lounge room however a pedistal fan was provided in the room. Wasn’t an issue as it was just myself and my partner. Overall great little place which I would book again.
