Good hotel in Brunei, thanks. It’s near to everywhere

I stayed from February 6-13, 2026, it was pleasant, but the promised pick-up was not fulfilled. The hotel is old and not very clean. Breakfast is packaged, the staff are not friendly, the room wifi is on and off (not working properly), there is no wifi in the lobby and cafe. Tissues also have to be asked for... there are only 2 bottles of drink and there are none (hot drink kettle dispenser). The bathroom shower is very fragile. Only the AC is really cold. Check-out time cannot be later than 1:00 PM, I asked for 2:00 PM because there is a shuttle bus after 1:00 PM you are no longer allowed in the room, if you want to wait in the room you have to pay 10 BND. Finally we waited in the lobby, no wifi and the toilet has to go to the 2nd floor.

Good location, good price. This hotel would be much better if it could be maintained or the room facilities upgraded to be cleaner and more modern.

It’s an old hotel yet spacious and nearby the city centre. PS; You need to bring your own toothbrush, you can borrow hairdryer from the receptionist

I’m very thankful for the hotel’s free airport pick-up service. I had some issues at the airport, but the hotel kindly arranged the transfer twice for me. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect — easy to walk to the main attractions in the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10! I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Brunei. 🌟🙏

Perfect for solo travelers—close to the city center and bus terminal. Free airport transfers both ways, totally worth it and hassle-free!

Staff extremely friendly.👍. The airport transport was included in the price. I had a couple of hours left to explore after the check out and they looked after my luggage.

At first I was scared because they said the hotel was very old. But it turned out it wasn't. It was clean, spacious, and the lady and the master were very helpful. Plus you get a free shuttle to the airport. The important thing is don't check in past 9pm to pay $10.

28 years ago I stayed here twice and it's still the same, although of course many of the rooms are outdated but still clean.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the lights are bright white, the corridors are also bright so it is comfortable to walk in the middle of the night, the strategic location is close to the waterfront, just walking distance. We downloaded the online taxi application from the airport to the hotel. Thank you Jubille Hotel, I enjoyed my stay and if I go to Brunei I want to stay there again.

Nice staffs, the location of this hotel is near to the center of the city. 👈 We can go by 15-20 minutes to the tourism object such as: Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque. And the hotel also provided free airport ride service during office hour. I will choose to stay in Jubilee Hotel again if coming to Brunei again.

The hotel service is EXCELLENT. 👏 the location is NEAR to the center of the city (especially to Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque) around 15-20 minutes by walking. ⚘ therefore, i will choose this hotel again IF i come to Brunei.

The room is so Big, have 2 bedroom. But the bathroom is not clean enough, we smelled something bad. And the lift is not working, so we have go to level 3 with stairs.

This hotel is great in terms of location, very close to attractions, within easy walking distance. Friendly employee.

I stayed 3 nights here, the service was friendly even though it wasn't time to check in yet, the receptionist had invited me to go to my room. The Indonesian restaurant/cafe service was all delicious. We met lots of relatives there from our homeland. AC cold, hot water OK, rooms cleaned every day. The delicious breakfast food in the restaurant is also delicious by the Indonesian chef so our tongues are familiar with the taste.

This hotel located in the centre of city, easy to reach some tourist destination like the great mosque Omar Saifuddin, Kampong ayer, Kiangge market and mall.

The room so smelly, shower not functioning well, rusty sink water in the bathroom. They didn't take any action even after we complaining about it

Good hotel and good service and clean.
