I’m very thankful for the hotel’s free airport pick-up service. I had some issues at the airport, but the hotel kindly arranged the transfer twice for me. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location is perfect — easy to walk to the main attractions in the city center. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10! I’ll recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Brunei. 🌟🙏

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the lights are bright white, the corridors are also bright so it is comfortable to walk in the middle of the night, the strategic location is close to the waterfront, just walking distance. We downloaded the online taxi application from the airport to the hotel. Thank you Jubille Hotel, I enjoyed my stay and if I go to Brunei I want to stay there again.

Nice hotel close to town, with nice little restaurant in the lobby. Easy to get around town from. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice.

This place isn’t flash but doesn’t pretend to be. Compared to the other hotels in BSB it is very well priced. My room was quiet and clean and it was a very short walk to the centre of BSB. Wifi was reasonably reliable. The staff were very helpful and there is a mini mart and a cafe on the ground floor which were both good. The room price includes an airport pickup or drop off and my driver gave me a short overview of the town on the way back.
