酒店有車接送往机場甚方便，酒店职員服務很好，提供很有用的幫忙，包括指导往各景點交通和食肆。遲返酒店又可叫司机等埋才出机場。

It is cheap for budget travelers. Staffs are always helpful. It provides free airport shuttle which is essential for travelling in Brunei.

旅館距離公車總站及市區有趣的景點近, 旅館本身有便利商店及餐館,我訂的是標準房,旅館提供我的房間另外有客廳、沙發及小餐桌及陽台,每天打掃及提供一份英文報紙,並提供免費機場接送,住得很舒適

在馬路旁邊，隔音很差，沒有室內簡便拖鞋、牙刷（刮鬍刀），房間內、浴室內地板不太乾淨，要說好處大概只有免費機場接送吧！

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The hotel have their own car to take me to/from the airport.

It is really good that hotel arranged airport pickup service also provide reasonable and affordable taxi price to other places. Hotel is pretty close to the mosque and water village. If you prefer to stay a at quiet place at night, this is an ideal choice.However, if you prefer to stay at a place where is prosperous and crowded,I would not recommend this hotel.Hotel staff are very helpful and room is clean but small.

免費機場接送，免費45分鐘車遊，每日免費一景點接送，四人房有客廳，每日打掃房間，整體都不錯！

Great location, all mainly travel points are in few minutes distance. Nice staffs while asking questions, always replied with details info. Be stayed last night in this hotel, the gentleman staff ring my room bell instead of the phone morning call.

Total be stayed 6 nights, first 2 nights' room very dirty, many cockroachs died on bath's wall, which didn't clean. Fortunately, one afternoon of 3rd day, I could be changed to another clearner room, cos plenty of water from the cistern towards me. But ... while ready to take a bath, discovered the towel rail cannot be hung. And the last night discovered the phone be not worked too, however I left a message for made a morning call for morning flight back to my country. Finally, invited the staff ring my room bell ... it is not a commercial budget hotel.

The hotel is new and clean. The location is closed to tourist area. The staff is nice and helpful.

Room is clean but quite run down, TV has a very small screen, only has 2 channels and not displaying images clearly. There is WiFi but signal is weak inside the room. We have no idea there is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers provided, so had to go barefoot and sleep without brushing teeth since no shops were open late at night! Receptionist also refused to provide more bottles of water in the morning of the day of check out. The good things are (1) breakfast cafe served really good chicken rice, (2) hotel provides free airport shuttle till 9pm each day, and (3) late check-out till 1pm is allowed.

市街から少し離れて公共交通機関は届きにくいが、Grab使えば全く問題なし。寝るには十分という方であれば、近隣ホテルに比べコスパ良いです。徒歩圏内でレストランありますし、雨でも1階の店が2030までやっているので安心です。

Nice hotel close to town, with nice little restaurant in the lobby. Easy to get around town from. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice.

Excellent staff, customer service and location. Let down by dated building and rooms. Carpets were past their used by date and dirty, bathrooms were in terrible condition, again requiring renovation.
