Upon your arrival at the hotel lobby at 2:47 PM (GST) on your first check-in day, we visually inspected your vehicle before you entered the hotel premises and confirmed there was no damage or scratches. Furthermore, the CCTV footage confirms no collision or contact with other vehicles or hotel staff while your car was parked.
