because I'm the type of person who is lazy to pack, so I immediately made a reservation for 5 days 4 nights, because I saw 4 stars, it was certainly comfortable, but for me, this is still a 3-star standard with the facilities and comfort of the room and the old hotel that should be improved a lot, especially the rooms and the lobby are very unrepresentative, providing a distance between guests and CS as if we want to buy tickets at the counter. but I am grateful for their swift apology and wave my room which I had upgraded from standard to deluxe to standard price. Thank you Hermes management. Hopefully the room building can be repaired which is already worthy of renovation.

I didn't enjoy the hotel... because I asked for your understanding... to change the date they didn't give it... even though I had already paid for it... I'm not happy to give up 700k for nothing for that hotel
