The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. From the moment I was picked up by the free shuttle bus, all the way through check-in and check-out, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Especially since I'd been eating a lot of takeout, the lobby staff delivered my luggage straight to my room. Absolutely top-notch. This is a hotel I'll be returning to again the next time I stay.

I just stayed there on July 9th. The room was very small, there were no windows, so it was stuffy, like being locked in. There was no parking, only around the road. There was a lot of dust in the room and in the waiting room on the 5th floor, and the food was not very varied. The sheets and pillowcases were very worn and needed replacing. Honestly, I wouldn't stay there again...

My special request for early check-in was at 9:00 AM, but I arrived at the hotel at 8:00 AM and wasn't able to check in until 1:00 PM. They said special requests weren't valid, and even if I booked directly at the hotel at 10:00 AM, the room was available. However, online reservations must be made before 1:00 PM.
