We stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. The price was affordable and we really enjoyed it. We had to pay a deposit of IDR 200,000, and we don't know why, but the refund process was easy and fast when we checked out. The occupancy was full with some visitors from Malaysia. The TV and Wi-Fi were okay. It's on Pemuda Street, near Merdeka Court, in the center of the city, near Indomaret minimarket, near the seafood restaurant Tabona and Wajir. When we came back late from Toba Lake, we could buy nasi goreng pemuda in front of the hotel. It's quite a famous food street that opens at night. We will stay here again later when we visit Medan. Highly recommended.

Very friendly service, all the rooms are clean, the water in the room is very satisfying, the Wi-Fi in the room is very good. There is Netflix, YouTube, and it is very entertaining. Breakfast is delicious, there is a lot of menu. Next time I will come again ☺️

A 4-star hotel with no parking. I'm so fed up with staying here. They did park our car, but when we picked it up, they asked for parking money because it was parked in front of an Indomaret. And on the second day of my stay, my car was scratched. It was a common excuse, I checked the CCTV and it said there was no collision or anything. Oh well, for me, who came all this way, I regret staying here.

Furthermore, the CCTV footage confirms no collision or contact with other vehicles or hotel staff while your car was parked. We would be happy to provide you with the CCTV footage, but we respect your decision. Restrictions on parking outside the hotel and the associated costs are important matters that our operations team needs to carefully consider in order to improve our services in the future.
