Great location and friendly staff, but our stay was ruined when we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs at 2am. We had to check out immediately to avoid bringing them home, and the front desk was closed so no help was available. An unacceptable experience

We had a wonderful stay @ Hotel Regina Elena. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. A great vibe to the city. Beautiful beaches a short drive away. Gaia at the front desk was so helpful to us! Thank you so much!

Beautifully pretty hotel located in a cute piazza square with fountain. Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast staff. Air conditioners in lobby and rooms were great in 33 heat ! Great position for restaurants and cafes. Not far to harbour area. Room was amazing with Mountain View’s Great stay in a lovely country.

We only stayed one night here but it was great. The Hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. There was a nice breakfast too. Their parking was easy to find and the walk to the hotel wasn't too far. The staff was very responsive ahead of our arrival to our questions.

Great location and breakfast. The room was lovely and when we raised issues they were addressed.

Shower very narrow. Air conditioner controlled by front desk. Flies.

Lovely staff and very kind, there isn’t much of high quality in the city but this one does well.

Great location right on a plaza plenty to do perfect spot

A lovely warm welcome to the Hotel by all the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Reception, the room, the dining room were all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plenty full and a wide variety of food choices. Location was excellent for all access and to the town. Directly opposite Piazza Matteotti. Great for bars, restaurants, shops & Corsa Umberto the Main Street.

The room was great, the location is great. The staff at check in were rude and disorganized which was a bit frustrating but after this we had a good experience.

Breakfast not included for apartment units but could add on. Small pillows, average rooms, but great space and did the job.
