The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. Breakfast had a somewhat good choice with custom coffees, however some popular items went fast.

Great property and location. Unfortunately our air con was not working and it was quite hot. Customer service was great--it was 10pm and they couldn’t fix it or move us but they brought up a fan but, being in the center of town, it was very loud outside until after midnight. We slept just a couple hours. Parking was excellent—would otherwise be difficult to park in the city without that dedicated lot.

Great location and friendly staff, but our stay was ruined when we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs at 2am. We had to check out immediately to avoid bringing them home, and the front desk was closed so no help was available. An unacceptable experience

Beautifully pretty hotel located in a cute piazza square with fountain. Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast staff. Air conditioners in lobby and rooms were great in 33 heat ! Great position for restaurants and cafes. Not far to harbour area. Room was amazing with Mountain View’s Great stay in a lovely country.

A lovely warm welcome to the Hotel by all the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Reception, the room, the dining room were all spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plenty full and a wide variety of food choices. Location was excellent for all access and to the town. Directly opposite Piazza Matteotti. Great for bars, restaurants, shops & Corsa Umberto the Main Street.
