Breakfast was decent but not terrific as missing whole wheat and more hot food options. Plus too much sweet pastry / dessert items. Front desk people and kitchen server were fantastic. The hotel is center of town so expect lots of late night noise. Rooms hot! Despite turning both heaters off we needed to sleep with windows partially open and had to live with the noise

The hotel room was spacious and well maintained. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! Our windows overlooked the town center fountain, which offered a beautiful view and access to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. Breakfast had a somewhat good choice with custom coffees, however some popular items went fast.

I vår lägenhet hade luftkonditioneringen gått sönder och läckte. Det var vatten över hela golvet. Ringde receptionen och det var snabbt på plats och torkade upp och fixade. Som kompensation fick vi frukost dagen efter. En mycket bra frukost med både äggröra och grönsaker, bröd och yoghurt, frukt m m Ligger oerhört centralt i ett väldigt mysigt område. Men vill du ha tyst på kväll och natt så är detta inget för dig.

Great property and location. Unfortunately our air con was not working and it was quite hot. Customer service was great--it was 10pm and they couldn’t fix it or move us but they brought up a fan but, being in the center of town, it was very loud outside until after midnight. We slept just a couple hours. Parking was excellent—would otherwise be difficult to park in the city without that dedicated lot.

Appartement agréable et calme dans le centre-ville très proche des bars et restaurants. Chambre spacieuse mais matelas fait un peu trampoline à 2. La Clim s’arrête toute seule la nuit ?? Parking sécurisé pour les motos.

Great location and friendly staff, but our stay was ruined when we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs at 2am. We had to check out immediately to avoid bringing them home, and the front desk was closed so no help was available. An unacceptable experience

Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet! Läget är perfekt! Fantastiskt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Parkeringen är nära men ligger på en annan adress. Hade varit bra att få informationen innan.

Malísimo ! Hotel viejo; sin mantenimiento ni limpieza adecuada. Ascensor malogrado tuvimos que cargar todas las maletas, alfombras sucias , cortinas desprendidas , la puerta de ducha que se salía; habitación con mal olor. La refrigeradora que está dentro de la habitación hacia ruido lo que no nos dejaba descansar por la noche . Además cobran 35 euros por limpiar la habitación diariamente. Alquilamos toallas de playa por 5 euros cada una y el olor era terrible. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Prima hotel in de binnenstad van Olbia. Veel eetgelegenheden vlakbij. Ruime kamer, wel ouderwets interieur. Vriendelijk personeel.

Perfect location and great service! We will stay at Regina Elena Hotel again when we visit Olbia next!

Central dans la ville, hôtel pratique, nous avons eu une chambre assez grande qui mériterait un rafraîchissement. L'hôtel possède un parking à quelques rues qui a été très pratique en plein centre-ville.

Beautifully pretty hotel located in a cute piazza square with fountain. Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast staff. Air conditioners in lobby and rooms were great in 33 heat ! Great position for restaurants and cafes. Not far to harbour area. Room was amazing with Mountain View’s Great stay in a lovely country.

The apartment we had for 3 nights was absolutely comfy with a lot of space and really nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful! I asked so many questions and they were there willing to help all the time, with a smile. The location was perfect, just next to all the shops and restaurants, in a square which is stunning with so many cafes. And the best thing it wasn’t noisy at all from where the apartment was. Reasonably priced as well! We will definitely come back in the future and already told my family and friends about this hotel. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night here but it was great. The Hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. There was a nice breakfast too. Their parking was easy to find and the walk to the hotel wasn't too far. The staff was very responsive ahead of our arrival to our questions.
