Clean and spacious room. Just a little bit old facilities.

The staff are enthusiastic and provide attentive service, and the location is convenient for my work. I have great confidence in the service at The One Ben Thanh Hotel.

I transited for 1 night at The One HCMC before going to Haneda. The One admin contacted me via WhatsApp that the hotel was undergoing water pipe maintenance and all guests were transferred to another hotel with the same standard without additional costs. From the airport, I went straight to the designated hotel. I was placed in room 701 (rooftop). From the 6th to the 7th floor, I had to climb stairs. Luckily, my suitcase went straight to Haneda. What a shock because the room I used was more like a warehouse. I complained to the admin of The One Benh Tanh, who refused to let me stay there. Finally, I was transferred again to another hotel which was further from Benh Tanh market, about 8 km, even though I chose The One because it was only a few hundred meters from Benh Tanh market. I was very disappointed.

Friendly and enthusiastic receptionist. Room is ok. Next time I will still choose to stay here.

Booked at Ly Tu Trong branch but close to check-in time, they said that the room was late so they couldn't deliver it and forced the guest to go to another branch. Because it was close to the time, I agreed and requested a room without a love seat. But when I checked in, the room had that item, so the branch staff said they didn't receive the information. I requested to change to another room and it was resolved, but I don't like the way of working without information between branches. Furthermore, the elevator to the 5th floor has a broken light, so they have to inform the guest when checking in so they know, the guest has to walk from the 4th to the 5th floor with a narrow staircase and a bulky suitcase. Hopefully, the next time you experience the hotel, they will pay attention to fixing the above points.

This is an excellent place to stay in a bustling city! The location is fantastic, with popular restaurants just around the corner. Taxis easily knew the address. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything you need.

I only stayed for one night at this hotel because I had to return to the U.S. the next day due to a change in my schedule. Fortunately, the hotel staff assisted me in calling a taxi late at night, and I was able to make it to the airport just in time. I was really impressed with their service.

The room I stayed in and the hotel lobby, in general, were both cleaned very thoroughly and carefully. The staff may not always smile, but they are very attentive to our requests.

Although I booked the cheapest room type, I was very surprised by the result I received. The bed is spacious and comfortable. I've stayed in several hotels in Vietnam, but the beds were very small, so I can say this is a big plus for this hotel.

The room is quite new. Although, in my opinion, the room's architecture is not very eye-catching, it is fully equipped with amenities. The best part is that there are many restaurants and shops around this apartment, all within walking distance. Very convenient!
