Stunning, grand, and impeccable are adjectives I don't use lightly. Best A/C in Casco. Oh, and the water pressure is like a waterfall. Worth it.

Great location and hotel

Great location, great people, great property

The hotel is located in a pleasant area and is very conveniently within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were courteous and helpful. Since it is an older building, there are a few minor inconveniences in the bathroom—for example, the lighting could be better. I also wish there had been a coffee machine in the room for an easy morning cup of coffee, and an iron was not available. Overall, it was a good experience.

All good, but high noice at night and not able to accommodate same room for an extra night and participate in the hotel music event for guest. Hopefully next time they will reserve a few tickets for guests. But the rest ok!

Terrible facilities and rude staff

Fabulous comfortable room, with the 3rd floor pool outside. Excellent food in the thankfully quiet restaurant. Perfect location to stroll around the neighborhood.

Everything was fantastic service and hotel

The hotel was charming and clean. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. I especially liked the water pressure and the waterfall-like shower.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our room overlooked the courtyard which was very nice. The rooms lacked space for personal belongings and although the restaurant was a nice atmosphere and had very friendly staff, it lacked quality of food.

It was okay but the window are thin so the noise in the streets late at night

Hotel muy céntrico y bien cuidado, con vistas increíbles a la plaza y las iglesias. El servicio es muy cordial y acogedor.

Bathroom toilet run all night, breakfast wasn’t included which should have been. Not worth the price plus it’s located next to the ghetto which isn’t shown in the pictures.

Staff was excellent from every transaction we had with them. Very friendly and helpful. Only stayed 2 days yet the staff knew us and greeted us when we saw them. The room was great. A little cold but they helped us regulate the temperature.

The hotel is LOVELY. Absolutely beautiful. Room was very nice. It is in the middle of Casco Viejo. Convenient. Walkable. It also means it's loud when there is a wedding at the venue next door or just night time fun. The bells from the church across the street start ringing at 6:30am on Sundays. Stay for the beauty and convenience and know it may be loud.
