Room was really clean and maids were in every day. Carpets in corridors looked very new and clean. Good variety at breakfast.

Fantastic hotel and in a great location to downtown Sheffield, Kelham Island and the University of Sheffield. The staff were amazing and treated us like family! The hotel itself is very good and the rooms are a decent size (for the UK). The breakfast was excellent - one of the best we've ever had (and we travel lots).

Close to town centre and had parking

Large, clean rooms which were quiet. The hotel is in a good location and near plenty shops and eateries. The breakfast selection was varied and the food hot.

Nice welcome from staff who then texted us to check we were happy with the room - nice touch. Breakfast was a bit busier than we anticipated and not many tables, but we found one and enjoyed a nice breakfast

We stayed here for the second time while visiting Sheffield to see The World Snooker Championship. Both times the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. There was also plenty of room in the bathroom, which had an easy to use shower. A buffet style breakfast was included in the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We like it a lot. The location is great for the city centre and also for getting to Meadowhall. It’s not far to walk to the universities so it’s great for open day visits. There’s also on-site parking for £15 per day. We particularly like having the convenience of breakfast included. Our stay was perfect.

Great staff; fabulous breakfast - so much choice; room a little tired and obvious maintenance jobs needed doing; could do with an extra blanket for the bed.
