The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, especially Lan Anh who advised me to experience delicious restaurants with reasonable prices. Room facilities need to be improved a little.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. When going in and out, everyone greets. The room is clean and tidy. Importantly, it is very convenient to go out, it is close to everything, just walking distance.

the surrounding area is surrounded by restaurants..it's not hard to find food..not even 100m away there is a halal michelin pho 10..there are also those who sell fresh bread from the oven..authentic vietnamese restaurant MET..my pho is on the left

The location is the best thing of this hotel. They provide laundry at 40K/kg. The lady staff is not very informative but the gentelman staff is. We book 2 days with different booking, the lady staff told us to change room from 2nd floor to 5th floor because we use different booking. We ask to stay in the same room but she refuse. When we talked with other staff (it was man) he make sure we stay at the same room.

The hotel is in a good location but the rooms are quite old and not decorated so some places are quite sloppy. Luckily the toilets are newly renovated so they are clean. The hotel management seems to be not careful with some small details, for example leaving things lying around in the elevator. Friendly staff.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, with many restaurants and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and relatively clean. However, I would like to comment on the strong smell of fabric softener on the bed sheets and a few days later, the bathroom in the room smelled of sewers. I called the reception but they couldn't fix it.

A moderate place in terms of price and facilities to stay, friendly staff, warm welcome, clean space, simple rooms, located in the center of the old town very convenient, near the Cathedral and convenient to move anywhere. Will come back here next time.

The receptionist was good, he 's nice. The room was okay, the cleaning service clean your room everyday but they don't clean the floor at all, so I was here for 1 week and for the week I can see all my hair in the floor and the dust also. So yeah don't expect too much for the cheap price;).
