Very spacious. The down side is the blanket was kind of too thick.

Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I can't really fault the hotel for the price.

Service was poor . Staff not helpful. However it all made sense when I witnessed the boss lady “screaming” at the staff for 15 mins in front of all guests ! I guess that’s why staff looked miserable! Shame cos the hotel is great otherwise. Rooms were very spacious and clean and look like they have been modernised and close to airport! Lobby smells of smoke as guests smoke by front door .

Check in was a breeze and room is updated and clean.

I was unable to get past the gate to the parking lot to check in as the buzzer on the gate did not appear to be working inside. I was not sure why the check-in girl told me she would have to keep my passport for 10 minutes to do the check-in. I said OKand waited at the counter the process only took 2 minutes and the she returned it. When I got to the room the toilet seat was broken. I went down to the desk and was given the room next door. The changed room was acceptable but the TV remote that I was given by the front desk did not work, so once again I had to return to the front desk to get one that worked. Upon checking out I wanted to have some breakfast/coffee and was told at the front desk that the breakfast was on the second floor. My room was on the second floor so had I known it earlier I could have had it before I went down to check out.

I have pictures that I have taken showing how bad the room is, Hotels.com will not let me send them the pictures after I called them on the phone to complain about the room. It was not clean. The area around the hotel is very dirty. The area is so bad (as told to us by our taxi driver) that the hotel has a large security fence around the outside that stays closed all day long and you need to be buzzed in. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They also market themselves as having airport transportation however they do not, instead they just call you a taxi.

Location of the property was a major let down. Very dangerous part of town. The property had to have a security gate to let guests in so that they are safe. The hallways are very dark and eerie. The bed sheets in the room were slightly dirty and the beds were slightly broken.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Nice cheap restaurants near by

The hotel is far from the city, don't even think about it if you don't have a car. It was not that clean. The safe box was not working and they couldn't fix it.

Clean, comfortable room 15 min from airport. No information in room about facilities or local amenities. Gated facility requiring buzzer entry. Can walk to restaurants. Run down part of town, rubbish everywhere, all properties gated.

Pretty good hotel for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend.

I did not expect much from the hotel when I booked this online. But to my surprise it was really good. It was clean, well maintained and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast here really surprised me with overall variety with ample options. Negative for hard to reach by public transport, but good if you have a car. I have no clue if this was a city policy or not but they did not have AC on. It was centrally controlled for the entire hotel and was off.

We didin't stay at this Hotel because of location. There is nothing near by, no public transportation.

This hotel was reasonably close to the airport and they can arrange for a cab, but the cab is expensive because it is outside Naples in Volla. You need to know this, because they have a 18 euro surcharge on cabs outside of Naples. Front desk staff were marginally helpful and polite. There was no effort to assist with breakfast of any kind --we had flights that left early and needed taxi at 6 am--they would not provide coffee or any support for this--I asked the night before but were not at all accommodating.

The room size, cleanliness and hotel staff customer service were fantastic.

Don't come to the hotel Eracle without a car, a kettle or coffee. The nearest, cafe/restaurant or shop is quite a Walk. There's a mini bar but no kettle or tea making facilities. Parking is FREE. Garden roof has no foliage .'Good price!

We booked this hotel to just stay the night in Napoli as our flight got in very late. It was only accessible by expensive taxi, and the neighbourhood is shocking. I definitely wouldn't have walked around looking for food etc. The room and hotel initially looked quite nice - however on closer look many things were broken. The door handle of our room pulled off, there was this random beeping that we struggled to turn off, and worst of all the shower did not drain!!! One likes to have a shower but not flood the bathroom at the same time! The only redeeming factor was the pleasant breakfast - we had good coffee and tea and there were quite a few options for food. I think this hotel was a good idea but there is absolutely NO upkeep at all - it's sort of falling apart. Another redeeming factor was the willingness of staff to organise cabs for us. I wish we had just rented the car from the night before - would have saved a lot of hassle. I'm also sure someone was checking in with a [paid for woman] when we were checking in late at night - says a bit about the area.
