The room was a bit dated but decent enough for a night. The "great room" was a nice amenity where you can relax a bit and have a coffee. The breakfast was minimal but good enough.

Clean room. Recently updated. The exterior of the hotel is tired looking and needs a new paint job and some cosmetic work. The parking lot is bumpy and needs work.

This property exceeded my expectations. My room was well-lit and it appears the bathroom was recently reno'ed. Bed was comfy. Tv was easy to use. The room is basic, but welcoming. All staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful...and smiling!! Unfortunately I did not have time to use the comp recreational equipment, but that is def something that would cause me to return. While the comp breakfast was minimal, I was very grateful they offered something. I hope they will continue with this as it does give an advantage over other properties. I will say, some very loud pipes (?? Or other???) in the walls during the night. Very loud. Fortunately I eas tired enough that it did mot keep me awake. This property followed through on their 'VIP' extra, though it was extremely minimal at a value of less than $2. (I'm not sure what the obligation is w/Expedia.) I was supposed to get a room upgrade, but not sure if I did as I wouldn't have known the difference... Note, if you're using public transit there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, with at least one bus (if not more) to/from the downtown harbour. Suggestions: - kettle inside room please - I would prefer to peel my own hard-boiled eggs, as more hygienic. - it would be great if staff could make the pancakes and replenish as necessary, rather than guests having to make. In summary, I would stay here again and am comfortable recommending this place.

Rooms have been updated and are very modern. Every staff member was super helpful! Breakfast is your standard continental but there was always lots of food. It was also great to have e-bikes available to be booked for free! Would stay here again.

The front desk was friendly and so helpful. The room was Small, nice, clean. The room had a fridge, standing air-conditioned. The bathroom had a tube and nice shower features. Parking was free in thier lot. They have breakfast. Overall nice place.

Clean room. Great bedding and new towels. Enjoyed the Guest room in the evening and opportunity to us e bikes.

Older build but clean and quiet - love that our small dog is welcome too! Wish tvs had remotes to adjust picture as it’s harsh! Saw V

Quite clean and loved that it had an EV charger. Sucked that others didn’t get a chance to charge because there was only 2 plugs and no outlet to use their own. Would be nice if they had a couple outlets at least. Otherwise, I had a great stay. Thank you!

The room was adequate. Could have used paint near the floor all the way around—looked pretty sad there. Furniture was looking scruffy. Staff were friendly and breakfast staff especially attentive. Asked for garbage to be emptied after second day, but that didn’t happen until the night before we left. We were there 4 nights

Room was clean and modern food value for money. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Oldie but goldie! Clean, well taken care of motel. Updated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. I appreciate their effort in trying to reduce waste. I’d like to see charge ports/sockets by night stands and the desk, as it is now you have to move furniture to access a receptacle.

This is an older hotel but it is very clean and the staff are super nice and helpful. They make you feel at home.
