Robin Hood Inn & Suites

The so called manager Tiffany Cranmer cancelled my reservation I prearranged in order to bring my dog there after having her leg amputated. I asked if I could book a room on the ground level with a staff member and he offered to me the suite in the front ground level with kitchen in it due to the needs of myself n dog. .i put laundry on the 11th and the maintenance guy wanted to why I washed part of my dogs bed n get my laundry . I told them that my dog got up when I was in there n hurt her good back le n I was sorry, they told me if I needed help to call front desk in morning n they would help bring it to me so I need and this Tiffany this barked at me telling me my month stay is cancelled because my dogs accident and we were requesting to manythings n dogsThat day or night my dog had an accident and we wrecks set of sheets a quilt and set of towels as she just got out of hospital and could get outside due to just having lost her leg but will get better each day for her to balance on : legs with my support. I told the front desk what happened with her and to please write down what we wrecked and to charge me or let me pay for them. Which they said yes.before my towels blankets and supplies to care for my dogs needs post amputation I requested one more set of sheets and towels can I pay for them and that my supplies were being delivered next day. Oh yes no problem they would mark it down so I can pay for them. This Tiffany thing coned to my suite and tells me that we having

The room was very clean I used the free electric bike to tour the area was so much fun had not rode a bike in several years the staff was very helpful getting me going

The building was old, but the inside of the room was lovely! Renovated and CLEAN! Staff were awesome, breakfast was perfect. Great coffee! Would definitely stay here again

Clean room, friendly staff, clean and well stocked breakfast! The complimentary kayaking was great!! Pet fee seemed unnecessary and high ($30 extra for night). Overall a decent spot.

Room was very clean and staff was very professional. Hotel is older, but the rooms have had significant updates. I would be happy to stay again next time I visit in Victoria and would have no hesitation about recommending to others.

The room was clean, comfortable. The bed was good a little noisy from thin walls the breakfast very basic but very good coffee overall, it was a pleasant stay

Rooms were relatively clean, but our bath shower had moisture and mold at the bottom corners Game / TV / Breakfast Common room was good, but did close nightly at 10:00 pm because rooms are above. No pool or hot tub. Hot tub would be a huge bonus. Hecklers comedy / night club is right across the road. Breakfast was basic and did the job. Endless special coffees were a definite bonus and much appreciated. Would stay there again :)

Breakfast was your basics, boiled eggs, pancakes, cereal, toast fruit, yogurt , tea, coffee. All good.

Was a bad day for ferries after a 10 hour wait we were greeted with a smile and welcome. We were told about our room and breakfast and signed in We were given our keys which were just. that old school And went to room. Our stay was 6 days over xmas and brekky for xmas day seeing the staff was not working was provided at front desk quite thoughtful All staff at robin hood were friendly and helpful Would definitely stay again Location i found to be close to all amenities food spots and shopping malls and dowtown very handy

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. For us, the best part of this property are the free bicycles for guests to use - Victoria is an amazing bike city (the best cycling infrastructure we have ever seen in North America), so the fact this property has free bikes that are well-maintained means we will come back here every time we come to Victoria!
