I booked a room for 4 nights, there was a mistake about the 2 o'clock room, however the hotel did not respond before I checked in, and when I contacted the airline to inform them that I would come to the hotel after landing, they told me I booked the wrong room. At that time, it was still okay for me to stay in the middle of the night, but I just left my things and slept in the room at exactly 3 o'clock. The hotel told me to pay for the room to stay, otherwise I would have booked for 4 nights and it would only be charged for 1 day, and it was not even 1 day, the fee was expensive so 1 night was too expensive. Such a bad experience with this hotel. I hope the hotel will call the guest first to confirm the booking to avoid a situation like mine next time.
