So small I found it hard to find a spot to put my suitcase. There was a constant commotion going on in the ceiling above me. Rats, baby rats squeeking and adult rats wrestling. It went on and on and on. No biggy. You get what you pay for.

You will not find a better host in Vietnam than Vincent, the manager of this hotel. There is nothing he can't do or arrange for you. I would come back to this hotel again, simply because of him. He is a legend! It's location is EXCELLENT! Practically on the "Walking Street", great entertainment, restaurants and clubs. Directly opposite the hotel is the best little cafe called "The Hungry Pig" run by Jasmin, it is FANTASTIC. Ignore the images on What If. There is no swiming pool or restaurant here. This is not the Ritz Carlton. This is an economy hotel, don't complain when you pay $30(au) per night. The rooms are basic and are worn, showing their age BUT.. the beds are comfortable, the air-conditioning works well and there is good showers. I highly recomend this place and i would come back tomorrow.

close to all! walking distance to all shopping, eating and to Ben thanh market! all different kind of food, pizza, seafood, burgers, pasta and best of all !! all international food, vietnamese off course delicious, indian, american, italian@! this little town but surrounding with many food and shopping! and prices are vary but not too expenses. convinient and pleasant indeed! will be back! staff are wonderful and helpful! polite and nice!!! all the best!

I did not like this hotel and i would never go back

It was just a short stay because I had a red eye flight Host was a very kind man wifi excellent room was small but I wanted small cost bed was clean and comfortable bathroom was spotless sports bars and lots of places to eat in area real party Zone i can say you can enjoy a stay in this area and host great Guy

Room was not cleaned properly there was womens hair on the floor after it was cleaned. Nothing to like

We booked this hotel for three nights and paid, however when we arrived the host told us we’ve only paid for two hours for three days… I’m not sure if this is a fault of the hotel or Expedia, but if we’re booking for three nights we evidently don’t want two hours a day for three days… Our refund request was then refused and we were made to pay a lot more money just to get a room and avoid losing what we’d already paid. The location is great, however.

The hotel is a solid place to stay. For the price, it is a very good value.

Room very very small. Bed really not confortable, we felt the springs. My room was aside the elevator and it was noisy. The customers speak loud and they always slammed their door.

Nice hotel but can be a little hard to find because there is another hotel with almost the exact same name right down the street (confused me and my Grab driver). Other than that the room was nice with a comfy bed, mini fridge, and a hot shower. The internet was also fantastic here which is not always easy to find in Vietnam. Not much to do at the hotel but you are right in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and can walk most anywhere. I did notice the tours offered here are quite a bit more expensive then elsewhere but maybe they are higher quality than the others, not sure.

Stayed here over 4 years ago and really loved the hotel but it is clear that since lockdown that the owners have either changed or lockdown has had a terrible affect on the hotel. We were given contradictory information in that if we wanted our room cleaned we would need to put a sign on the door...there is no sign then told we need to ask at reception. There were three of us using the room and yet we were only given 2 towels that had seen better days. We spilled some baby milk on the floor and wiped it only to find that the floor was really dirty even though shoes were always left by the entrance to ensure outside dirt did not come into the room. There seemed to be an infestation on ants as every morning there were loads swarming the sink. The member of staff who did the cleaning was always sitting out front smoking every time we saw him and on our last day he rushed us out at 10am so he could clean the room and we noted that he simply rinced the tea cups in the bathroom sink before placing them on the side...this rushing ruined our last day as no one even helped us bring our suitcases down even though we had a toddler as we were too busy been kicked out by the cleaner who followed us up to the room after we had breakfast, didn't even have a chance to change the babies nappy. If you are staying for a day or two this place is OK otherwise stay away.
