Beautiful Saigon Hotel

unclear description, I bought a room that is only valid for 2 hours! whereas with the same price and the same quality of hotel I can get a 22 hour stay.

The staff is quite ok. The room is not very new. I mistakenly booked a 2 hour room. Please pay attention next time so you don't make the same mistake as me.

I felt like I was being dug into a fire. It was clearly stated that check-in was at 14:00 and check-out was at 12:00 the next day for 372.00VND. But when I checked in, the staff said that the title clearly stated in English “DAY USE 2 HOUR” which means only use for 2 hours and if you stay overnight, you will have to pay an additional 500,000VND. What are 3 people renting for 2 hours? Are they playing together? I only rented for my parents to stay overnight for a medical examination. I booked a room for 4 nights, there was a mistake about the 2 o'clock room, however the hotel did not respond before I checked in, and when I contacted the airline to inform them that I would come to the hotel after landing, they told me I booked the wrong room. At that time, it was still okay for me to stay in the middle of the night, but I just left my things and slept in the room at exactly 3 o'clock. The hotel told me to pay for the room to stay, otherwise I would have booked for 4 nights and it would only be charged for 1 day, and it was not even 1 day, the fee was expensive so 1 night was too expensive. Such a bad experience with this hotel. I hope the hotel will call the guest first to confirm the booking to avoid a situation like mine next time.

You'll be waken up by the loud music coming from the bars below. If you're in Vietnam to have a peaceful vacation, this place is not for you. Nonetheless, food, cleanliness and service was at its best.

I have nothing to complain about rooms, cleanliness as well as price. However, the staff there expressed the discrimination between Vietnamese and foreign guests. The staff there expresses a clear discrimination between Vietnamese and foreign visitors. For foreigners, they are kind, generous and welcoming. For visitors, they are strangled, distant and judgmental. Also do not take complaints with their manager, because the manager I meet is the example of everything above. Breakfast is also quite disappointing. Location in the most noisy street in Saigon is a nightmare for those who want to rest. Noisy until 5am. In short, if you are a foreign tourist seeking somewhere convenient to the heart and bustling nightlife then suit. If you are Vietnamese, find somewhere that you are treated better.

The hotel is right on the West Street, the location is very crowded and convenient. Good service, complete facilities, friendly staff, my family has stayed many times and enjoyed this hotel!

Everything is good! Free gala dinner during christmas eve! Very good hospitality! Will stay there again.

Very nice hotel with good location. There is free gala dinner on 24th december provided by hotel. The breakfast is nice as well. Will stay here again in my future trip to HCMC. The location is good, right in the Bui Vien street where the nightlife is.

The water in swimming pool is really clean, we had great stay here
