Borderline disgusting. The room had insect cocoons, dusty spider webs in the corners and along the walls, stained towels with long hairs on them, and no hand soap. The fridge didn’t have power and the WiFi only worked in the lobby, not the second floor where my room was. I booked two nights but checked out after the first because it was that bad. The only decent thing was hot water and a separate shower. The front desk kid was nice, but the place itself is poorly maintained. I wouldn’t stay here unless you absolutely have no other option

The room had some ants and there was no pool or anything like the photos. The shower was not that hot. Disappointed with the stay, but staff was nice

Staff were friendly. Bugs (not bed) were frequent in bathroom. Great location.

The employee is super nice when I needed help

So small I found it hard to find a spot to put my suitcase. There was a constant commotion going on in the ceiling above me. Rats, baby rats squeeking and adult rats wrestling. It went on and on and on. No biggy. You get what you pay for.

You will not find a better host in Vietnam than Vincent, the manager of this hotel. There is nothing he can't do or arrange for you. I would come back to this hotel again, simply because of him. He is a legend! It's location is EXCELLENT! Practically on the "Walking Street", great entertainment, restaurants and clubs. Directly opposite the hotel is the best little cafe called "The Hungry Pig" run by Jasmin, it is FANTASTIC. Ignore the images on What If. There is no swiming pool or restaurant here. This is not the Ritz Carlton. This is an economy hotel, don't complain when you pay $30(au) per night. The rooms are basic and are worn, showing their age BUT.. the beds are comfortable, the air-conditioning works well and there is good showers. I highly recomend this place and i would come back tomorrow.
