It was tense, a test of courage, to be sure. I woke up at 2 a.m. to the sound of someone cleaning up something in the hallway. It was really noisy.

An exceptional stay. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were very professional. Very satisfied and will definitely return.

The actual conditions were truly unfortunate. The room didn't match the pictures; it was dirty and stuffy. The shower was very small, and the toilet flush didn't work, even if it was on very slowly. The bed was stained, and there was only one towel, and it was dirty. When asked about it, the receptionist said the laundry hadn't arrived yet. The TV was broken, and the phone was dead. I wouldn't have stayed there unless I was forced to and just for a quick break. I'm not going to regret it.

There are several insects (probably like small cockroaches) in the corner of the room, please pay more attention to cleanliness.

This is my second time back here, and it's truly that comfortable. You can explore the food right away, and if you're tired, you can head straight back to the hotel to rest. I'll definitely be back next time... It's top-notch!

The shower was rusty, the bed sheets were dirty, the AC wasn't cold, there were lots of cockroaches, the chair was broken, the bidet didn't work, towels had to be requested first, the elevator was broken so we had to go up and down 7 floors, the TV didn't work, the staff was slow, and the receptionist even entered the wrong name when booking.

It took ages to even ask for towels and facial tissue, the TV only had 5 channels and couldn't be watched at all, the bed wasn't king size but a twin bed combined, the tea and coffee equipment wasn't complete, and there wasn't any soap either.

Please update the room photo to match the condition of the room. Don't make the room photo different from the original.

It may be an old hotel, but it was incredibly traumatic. The room was crawling with tiny cockroaches crawling out of the wooden floor, the bathroom was dirty, there wasn't even a single bottle of mineral water, there was no tea or coffee to make, the sheets were stained with red stains, there was no shampoo, the towels were extremely shabby, the room wasn't soundproof at all, the room next door was incredibly noisy, and the deposit was huge.

Disappointing facilities, the reason being that the TV is broken, even though the TV isn't Android and the WiFi is useless,

The receptionist is unclear, welcomes guests in casual clothes, the room is hot because the AC is too old, the room is dull, there are lots of stains on the sheets, the bathroom is pathetic, not recommended unless all the hotels in Jakarta are full.

The mattress in the room is very dirty, as if it hasn't been changed.
