The shower was rusty, the bed sheets were dirty, the AC wasn't cold, there were lots of cockroaches, the chair was broken, the bidet didn't work, towels had to be requested first, the elevator was broken so we had to go up and down 7 floors, the TV didn't work, the staff was slow, and the receptionist even entered the wrong name when booking.

It took ages to even ask for towels and facial tissue, the TV only had 5 channels and couldn't be watched at all, the bed wasn't king size but a twin bed combined, the tea and coffee equipment wasn't complete, and there wasn't any soap either.

It may be an old hotel, but it was incredibly traumatic. The room was crawling with tiny cockroaches crawling out of the wooden floor, the bathroom was dirty, there wasn't even a single bottle of mineral water, there was no tea or coffee to make, the sheets were stained with red stains, there was no shampoo, the towels were extremely shabby, the room wasn't soundproof at all, the room next door was incredibly noisy, and the deposit was huge.

The receptionist is unclear, welcomes guests in casual clothes, the room is hot because the AC is too old, the room is dull, there are lots of stains on the sheets, the bathroom is pathetic, not recommended unless all the hotels in Jakarta are full.
