Stayed here on January 1, 2026 because the kids wanted a staycation at a hotel with a pool, came to check in at 2 o'clock and got a room at 6 pm,,,crazy the wait was so long,,,was stranded in the lobby waiting,,when I asked the staff,,the room was being cleaned,,is it true that they clean the room for 4 hours,,,when I entered the room there was no soap and towels,,,what a shame even though the price was quite good,,,please improve the service,,,
