The room was very nice, clean, the AC worked perfectly, there was plenty of water, and the water heater worked. The only thing missing was a power outlet near the bed. The only outlet was near the TV, which was a bit far if you wanted to charge it while lying down. The pool was under maintenance when we stayed, but the hotel gave us a replacement voucher that could be used when the pool is ready to use.

I requested a single bed but was given twin beds. Check-in was at 2:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready. The check-in time was 2:00 PM, but when I checked in at the hotel, the room wasn't ready for a single bed. The room should have been prepared before the guest arrived and had already booked.
