Room was great bathroom should be updated was really cramped using the toilet was a challenge knees right up against tub

Room was downright dirty.. not sure where to start… front desk had no personality, bathroom was old and every crevice was not cleaned. Really need a consultant to go through property and list changes needed…

Bed spread had stains. Dead bolt did not work

Room was not clean. Bed was not level - head was lower than rest of the bed, making it difficult to get comfortable. No one available at the front desk after 6pm.

sheets and bathroom were clean, but you could tell that no one was dusting the lamps, so overall cleanliness mediocre

Couldn't make it up the narrow stairs to room on 1st floor, so had to change to outside room. So I paid for 2 beds, but changed to one because I couldn't do the stairs. No change in pri. The room was not worth $165 a night.

Restaurant was busy and it was Thanksgiving so people weren't at the desk. Floor had a slope and shower needs work. Dated but ok.

Old established hotel that has being neglected and needs a retrofit.

Overall I cant say the room was clean but could use more of through cleaning and tidiness. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay. The staff were friendly. Food at the restaurant was delicious and live Music was great. Sunset across the water from the lawn. and Close to a beautiful walk around downtown.
