The hotel was nice, clean, and strategically located in a tourist area. We can also access public transportation easily.

Stay: 2 nights (Dec 26–28) We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Chulia Mansion Hotel during our 2-night visit to George Town. The room was neat and clean, with a well-functioning water heater, cozy bed, and air-conditioning that worked perfectly. A highlight of our stay was the window view facing Love Lane, where we were able to enjoy fireworks at night—such a lovely bonus. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore on foot. Popular spots like Chulia Night Market, Penang Road, Fujiyama Street Market, and the Peranakan Museum were all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Chulia Mansion Hotel offered comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. It will definitely be our priority choice of stay should we return to George Town in the future.

The staff was friendly and quick to respond. I was immediately given a non-smoking room, as the first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping service was fast and thorough.

It's easy to go anywhere, shop, ootd and eat.

The hotel is very affordable to all my travel destinations. And always stay here every time I go to George Town.

Every time I go to Penang, I stay at Chulia Mansion. clean, comfortable, good breakfast, around the hotel there are also many who sell food both morning, afternoon, evening and the most preferred, there is a drinking water dispenser provided, and a pleasant rooftop snack.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is varied and tasty, drinking water, coffee and tea along with free snacks throughout the day. Get free drinks vouchers there are juice and wine, ice cream, just great.
