El trato en recepción, realmente malo, para el servicio de caja de seguridad piden un depósito de $700 y tiene que ser en efectivo. Parece que te hacen un favor y no que ofrecen un servicio, no lo recomiendo ni de emergencia

I like this hotel, it has everything you need to relax, rest and it is clean

The room was super clean, and the people are polite. It is not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need for a good stay in a location that is very central in the city.

Could use an update. Definitely need new towels. I would stay again. It's basic and gets the job done at a budget price.

En personal súper amable, pero, las almohadas muyyyy delgadas, el sanitario no funcionaba bien la palanca del agua, no hay ni una botella de agua, y por el precio me pareció absurdo.

La habitacion limpias, las camas nada comodas y las almohadas muy viejas, el personal muy atento...bueno para viaje de negocios.

It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Mexico that is truly disgusting and really disappointing. I just hope that if anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel because of the price, they don’t do it and read the reviews first. The hotel is dirty, full of cockroaches, has very poor service, and I’m very disappointed with it.

Warm showers and ok but bare minimum essentials! Could make guests be more comfortable providing cups water coffee maker and upgrading linens. Otherwise it was fair

I told them that the room they gave me had a lot of cockroaches and asked them to change my room for that reason and give me another one without cockroaches. But it turned out to be the same, and it’s terrible to stay in rooms full of insects. The sad thing is that in Mexico they don’t give you a refund, which is very disappointing in the country I love.

La estancia fue muy cómoda; la temperatura de la habitación, la limpieza del cuarto, de la cama. Quizá el baño podría mejorar en la limpieza del piso. En general muy bien la estancia y el servicio.

La recepcionista de la mañana es super grosera, desde que quisimos revisar la reserva nos dijo que Expedia no le mandaba las reservas sino hasta el mismo momento de la llegada y que deberiamos quejarnos directamente con la agencia

If you come with a car, the Hotel is great because it is situeted on a very big traffic- never-ending-street, but without a car to reach the convenient Metro/ Subway station, you have to walk at least 15 min. to find the Metro station Medical Center. You will walk by side a lot of traffic and smock and big shopping Centers and Malls where you find everything at high prises. On the other hand when you walk on the other side of the Hotel, 2 blocks up and cross a Viaduc, you will find very near the neighborhood Roma with very pleasant cafés, bakeries and restaurants, beautiful smelling trees and quiet streets.

This is my sixth time staying at this hotel and is amazing. They provide good service especially the cleaners and waiters. I really like this place.
