No towels?? How do you have a hotel that does not provide towels?? Suoer inconvenient and annoying. Beds are very uncomfortable.

Not bad, pretty spacious. But remember to bring your own body wash, shampoo and toothbrush, since they don’t provide it.

it’s not suitable for western hotel standards. i got a room with no beds, only a duvet to lay on the floor, no towels or shampoo, unbearable smell in the room and not even a chair to sit on. the staff don’t speak english, and they don’t even give an extra hour of late check out. should be advertised on an international travel site like expedia

Overall experience was not bad. But the blankets had hair even before we used them. And it took us almost 30 minutes to check out!! Not check in, but to check out!! They need to station more staff to ensure that guest can actually leave efficiently, let alone check in.

It could be a lot better place if they replace the bed and other things in the room.

Great customer service

The rooms and amenities are horrible. Rooms were very old and in poor condition and there weren't any towels and other amenities.

Room temperature could not be controlled and it become very hot at night. Had to keep the window open ! Then it was noisy until the morning. Easy to get access to the Ski Slops. Nice view from room.

You really need to call ahead and ask for a room with a bed. If you have a 2 bedroom...they will most likely both be standard Korean with NO BEDS. You will have to ask for one with a bed and the other will have Korean mats. You will NOT get two rooms with beds. I must stress...CALL AHEAD or you will most likely end up with a room with NO BEDS. Other than that...great setting...lots of amenities...small resort compared to places in Colorado/Canada, but the gondola goes straight into the hotel--awesome!

이렇게 리모델링 안되있는 콘도는 처음이네요 샴푸와 바디워시도 요즘 콘도는 다 구비되어있는데 여기는 없고 수건도 세수수건 3개만 준비되어있습니다 모든 기구와 집기가 너무 오래되었습니다

체크인, 체크아웃 시간에 엘리베이터가 너무 밀려서 14층에서 걸어서 내려왔어요. 오래된 엘레베이터가 하중초과해도 매층 다서고, 엄청 느리고 너무 불편합니다. 숙소내부 침구류는 정말 옛날 방식인 잘반만 이불, 요 커버를 바뀨는 방식인데, 머리카락이 몇개나 나오고 자고 나서 좀 간지럽기도 하고 청결도가 별로에요. 스키장에서 가까운 이점은 있지만, 나머지는 정말 불편한 숙소에요. 굳이 추천하지는 않습니더.

시설은 최신은 아니지만, 서관보다 동관 스위트가 접근성이 더 좋았습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 매우 편리하고 빠릅니다. 4계절 모두 가족과 즐길수 있는 액티비티가 많고 혼잡하지 않아 좋았습니다.

객실은 나쁘지 않았는데 성수기 끝나자마자 가니까 모든 시설이 5시에 닫아서 그게 조금 안 좋았어요 그 외 나머지는 괜찮아요

집 에어컨이 고장나서 저렴한 호텔 찾아 나섰어요 ㅎㅎ 위치나 서비스등은 좋은데요 청소는 딱 침대시트. 쓰레기비우기 정도만 하시나봐요 커튼 열면서 먼지와 사투를~ (뭉탱이 먼지들이 날아올라요) 침대에서 조금 움직이면 먼지기 펄럭펄럭 베란다 창문도 먼지얼룩 가득 방충방 밑에 구멍들이 숭숭 하수구 , 담배 냄새도 종종 올라와요 아…. 더위피해 나갔다가 너무 피곤…. 사진은 그럭저럭 갬성돋네요 저기 보이는 호텔로 갈껄 그랬나 엄청 후회함

콘도 상태가 너무 관리가 안되어 있네요. 커튼은 다 떨어지고 레일도 파손되서 침실 창문이 다 가려지지도 않고, 침구에는 다른 사람 머리카락도 많이 붙어있구요. 벽지는 모기를 잡았던 흔적이 그대로 있었습니다. 시설이 오래되어서 이 정도 상태면 리모델링을 한번 하시는게 어떨까 싶습니다.
