We took traditional room without bed. Nice experience for me and my 2 young kids. Very good view directly to ski slope out of our window. Receptionist gave us early check-in before the time as we already arrived earlier. Full and crowded because we came on holiday season.

시설은 오래된게 딱 보이지만 스키장 콘도 답게 아~주 따뜻하고(수면바지 못입음, 너무 더워서), 물도 잘 나오구.. 간단히 취사고 가능해서 좋았습니다. 가장 마음에 드는건 아주 가까운 슬로프뷰~ 대박입니다.

가족들과 즐거운 시간을 보내고 왔습니다. 특히 초등학생인 아이들이 다양한 놀이시설을 타면서 아주 즐거워 했고
넓고 거실도 있는 스위트 룸에서 편히 지냈습니다.
시설은 다소 노후되었지만 과거에 현대에서 워낙 좋은 자재로 지은 곳이라 아직도 건재하였고 구옥의 느낌도 있어 나름 감성적이기도 했습니다.
또한 정직원의 직원들이 늘 친절히 대해주시고 적극적으로 불편한 것을 해결해주려고 하시는 등 아주 체계적이었습니다.
전망대도 좋았고 잔디밭이 넓어서 시컷 뛰어놀았습니다.
짚라인을 타는 곳의 직원분은 손님이 별로 없다고 한번더 태워주시는 센스를 발휘해주시는 등 어린이날에 아이들과 즐거운 시간을 보내고 왔습니다.
코로나가 안정되면 수영장도 가볼 예정입니다.

it’s not suitable for western hotel standards. i got a room with no beds, only a duvet to lay on the floor, no towels or shampoo, unbearable smell in the room and not even a chair to sit on. the staff don’t speak english, and they don’t even give an extra hour of late check out.

Overall experience was not bad. But the blankets had hair even before we used them. And it took us almost 30 minutes to check out!! Not check in, but to check out!! They need to station more staff to ensure that guest can actually leave efficiently, let alone check in.

You really need to call ahead and ask for a room with a bed. If you have a 2 bedroom...they will most likely both be standard Korean with NO BEDS. You will have to ask for one with a bed and the other will have Korean mats. You will NOT get two rooms with beds. I must stress...CALL AHEAD or you will most likely end up with a room with NO BEDS.
Other than that...great setting...lots of amenities...small resort compared to places in Colorado/Canada, but the gondola goes straight into the hotel--awesome!

샴푸와 바디워시도 요즘 콘도는 다 구비되어있는데 여기는 없고 수건도 세수수건 3개만 준비되어있습니다

체크인, 체크아웃 시간에 엘리베이터가 너무 밀려서 14층에서 걸어서 내려왔어요. 오래된 엘레베이터가 하중초과해도 매층 다서고, 엄청 느리고 너무 불편합니다. 숙소내부 침구류는 정말 옛날 방식인 잘반만 이불, 요 커버를 바뀨는 방식인데, 머리카락이 몇개나 나오고 자고 나서 좀 간지럽기도 하고 청결도가 별로에요. 스키장에서 가까운 이점은 있지만, 나머지는 정말 불편한 숙소에요. 굳이 추천하지는 않습니더.
