I don't recommend staying here again. I booked 3 rooms for a group trip, and all of them were lacking in cleanliness. The roof and walls were moldy, there were cockroaches, the sheets were unclean, the room smelled musty, and worse, there was no water in the bathroom. The hotel wasn't responsible, even demanding payment for water from a small gallon jug. My friends and I couldn't shower, and even to urinate, we had to wait overnight because the water wasn't available until 7 a.m., and even then, it was only available in a few rooms, and the water was very, very small. Furthermore, upon check-in, a tax was charged, which they said was required to be paid in cash, as all hotels in Malaysia do.

There was no water in the bathroom so we had to look for another hotel and the money we had already paid was not returned.

Don't stay here. The photos are a stark contrast to the reality. The room smells, and the outside smells like rat urine. There's no elevator, the toilet is incredibly dirty, and the sheets look like they haven't been changed. I immediately moved to a cleaner hotel.

Rooms with rats and cockroaches are scary, really not recommended.

Dirty, seriously, don't stay here. The bathroom has no water. The excuse is that it's a government repair. The sheets haven't been changed, only tidied up, and there are cockroaches. Filthy.

The room was not tidy after someone checked out. The bed cover was folded as if someone had just used it, and the bathroom was not clean with stains everywhere. The toilet bowl looked like someone had just urinated and not flushed it. The bad experience was the water supply was not active that day since the afternoon, and I checked in around 9 or 10 PM. Other info: there was a deposit upon check-in, no lift, only stairs, and no Wi-Fi.

The AC is out, the water is out. Complaints are canceled.

All the bedrooms are infested with cockroaches. The bathrooms are dirty. Not recommended.

It was a total disaster. I didn't end up staying there because the water was completely off, and the staff couldn't confirm when it would be back on, and there seemed to be no solution. We asked them to cancel, but they didn't give us an answer. It was terrible, and I was hoping for a refund.

When I arrived there at 5 am, the hotel staff told me there was no water, do I want to cancel or accept? Since it was already morning, we decided to accept, but after arriving at the room, it turned out the water was on, but the room had no maintenance, the floor was about to be damaged, the wallpaper was peeling off, the bed had stains, hair, uhhhh, it was so dirty, don't book a hotel here, it's guaranteed to be disappointing, only the location is quite strategic.

The distance from the hotel to everywhere is close, but cleanliness is lacking.

It's really dirty, lots of small cockroaches, no water at night, the AC is leaking, the bed is full of bedbugs.
