The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very good next to the Alor Street Night Market, you can walk to the pavilon and several interesting places around it, lots of delicious food, easy transportation, don't forget to try Nasi Lemak Alor Corner if you stay here, delicious and cheap.

Friendly staff, especially for Oman, who is a man who ordered a grab for us. Helped lift our big bags. Smooth wifi, cold air conditioning, clean room. Clean bathroom. Clean towels, full soap. Hot water on, clean blankets, nice beds. Hotel in the middle of the crowd right at the Alor intersection. Thank you for the staff for Oman.

Hotel is next to Alor Food Street, Bukit Bintang train station, 2 large shopping centers Lot10 and Pavillon. It's crowded here at night because people often gather to sing live shows at the corner of the 4 intersection, the corner opposite Lot 10. Next to the food street, you don't have to worry about lack of food. In the afternoon, the street began to open up many shops, the food was mostly delicious and suitable for tourists. Relatively cheap room, basic amenities (towels, hot/cold water, kettle). At check-in, I was charged an extra RM20 for the Family room, but in general I will not return it.

The staff are not very friendly, there is no lift so you have to carry your suitcase to the 3rd floor, the room is dirty, cramped, noisy.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked a standard room, but the AC was broken. The hotel immediately gave me a larger room. It's close to Alor, just a short walk from the Pavilion.

The room was stuffy, there were lots of cockroaches, I stayed for 5 days and the sheets were never changed, there was a TV but it was just for display, haha, the location is good, close to Bukit Bintang

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, only the cleaning staff reported that there was a rat, and he said that the rat was not found, the next day the room was cleaned, and the rat was removed.

The staff is friendly and this hotel has been a regular customer since 2019. The location is best, close to everywhere, even though the rooms are a bit unkempt, the air conditioning is the best.

The room was full of small cockroaches. I asked for disinfectant spraying at night, but the receptionist said to wait for cleaning service tomorrow. Trash was piled up in every corner of the stairs.

This hotel is truly full of rats. They sleep at night, running around on the ceiling. Plus, the smell of rat urine is so strong that it soaks into the ceiling. It's so smelly that I should have stayed in the hotel for a few days. I couldn't stand the smell so I had to leave early. Not to mention the noisy sound of rats running around on the ceiling.

I stayed at this hotel, and the cleaning staff didn't clean my room for 4 days. They didn't provide mineral water on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th days, and the towels weren't even replaced. The reception staff were all kind and responsive. They responded quickly to any requests we needed.

Not recommended. Better find another place, it's like a scam. The sink is crooked, the room is dirty, the paint is peeling, the floor is dirty, the room is stuffy and smelly, and there are no windows. Access to everything is via stairs, which is a bit of a hassle if you're carrying a suitcase. Even complaining about changing rooms wasn't possible because they were full.

Thank you for the warm welcome. The service was also excellent. The owner was also friendly. Thank you for your help in ordering a Grab for us when we returned to the airport, which requires cash. For a budget hotel, the important thing is that it's clean, with bottled water and soap.
