Staff were friendly. Hotel was emaculate.

Had a small issue with the room initially, but they moved and upgraded us by default without us asking for it. Staff were all lovely, room clean.

I wouldnt say there was anything business about the room, shower was shocking. Breakfast was standard and not much choice. Ordered some chips which cost £5 and only got 12 of them

The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable but it was far too warm.

Speedy check in, staff very friendly and communicative, good range of breakfast and large comfortable bedroom. Car parking is quite expensive, limited and tight as not that many spaces available. On a previous stay I had a canal side room which was lovely and quiet. This time I had a roadside room next to the bypass and was quite noisy, especially from 6:. Overall though a pleasant stay and will return.

Great place to see Chester and the Roman fortress. Loved the Spa and the staff were all great.

Amazing stay as usual at tbe mill

All the staff were very attentive.

What stood out was everything from the minute we arrived. Spotless hotel, friendly staff everywhere, from the gym to the kitchen. Breakfast gluten free options, was everything except the croisant, which was a refeshing change for a coeliac. Enjoyed use of the pool & spa & cant wait to come back again.

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and as usual everything was brilliant. Staff very friendly and welcoming, food excellent and well priced and the breakfast is very good as well.

Great location for walking into town, good size rooms. Breakfast was ok, some queuing depending on what time you go for breakfast. Would stay here again.

The area around the mill is not the best with rubbish around. The bedrooms first got put into was awful,small and damp donated to be moved which they did. The breakfast was grays and the downstairs area is lovely but to rooms are dated ans do need some refurbishment

Amenities were great. Used the gym but didn’t get chance to use the spa. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice. Great location. Would stay again

Only complaint room was hot but better than being cold very nice stay will be back
