Spa was wonderful. Room was small but adequate. This is an old industrial building that has been converted. This has pros and cons. The pros are that it is atmospheric. The cons are that it lacks modern amenities such as air con. But overall - very good value and I would stay again.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was really good,all the staff where very pleasant and helpful,especially the staff in the restaurant they where very welcoming and helpful. Had a great 3 day stay and will definitely be back.Well done all the staff. Mrs J Connell.

A nice larger hotel in a warehouse along the canal. Helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Not far from the train station. Good central location to explore Chester.
