Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Check in staff were really friendly and efficient. Great breakfast and lovely bar area too. Our room was lovely, overlooking the river. It was warm and with no air con the room was a little hot, but they had a fan and we asked for the window restrictor to be removed which helped a lot! Great location, less than 10 minutes walk in to the centre of Chester. Great stay and would stay again 😊

We were really impressed with our stay here, the staff were lovely and we were allowed to use the facilities before check in. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the food at the bar was really nice. We went in the middle of a heatwave and they had supplied all the rooms with a fan, plus the bar had air con. The pool and jacuzzi were great with not many people there when we went early afternoon. Breakfast was also nice with a good selection of hot and cold foods available.

All good apart from the carpark charge not happy £12 also we had a lot off road noise as had to keep windows open as just to hot even with fan supplied but al in all super place great staff and health club breakfast super aswell 👍
