We had a fantastic time at the Jag we highly recommend this place ,it was very modern and music inspired decor … the staff is all very friendly. The Zimmy’s has great food and drinks..I really enjoyed the little things that they do , we definitely noticed . The door men always opening the door , the turndown chocolate and special music quote's , the slippers and robes , the shampoo that smells amazing !

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful. Will definitely recommend to others!

Valet men that have been there for a while….just super friendly and helpful. Younger and newer not as friendly except a guy Walsh.

Excellent stay, amazing upgrade to the Jag hotel. Stellar ambiance, felt like Vegas. Comfortable, clean, modern & relaxing. No parking other than valet was disappointing however nothing to do with the hotel itself. Tv guide not working/available to see what shows or movies were on or coming on. Loved the NL chocolate company bar by our bedside, sweet touch. Would stay there again and again. Thank you

Very beautiful stay

Beautifully decorated setting a very cool ambience. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Close to the downtown. Only minor complaint was there are two buildings connect by a pedestrian- took us a hot minute to find our room but again- very helpful staff saved us! Haha would recommend to anyone to check it out!

Staff consistently friendly, room clean, bar if you hit live music is a nice plus. Rooms a little smaller but doable. Have stayed at this location 12 nights over the years always consistent

Amazing hotel, staff, decor, location, concert venue. The only hotel in St. John's that you don't have to leave their door to find entertainment. Can't wait to come back

This was my second time staying here. My first time was shortly after they first opened and I have to say, even after 11+ years, it still has the same feel as it did then. The room and property were well taken care of and I forgot how comfy the beds were. Jag “swag” is the best and while it’s less than my original stay, it’s still very much appreciated.

Bar far the best hotel I've stayed.If your into music this place will blow your mind.Check out the soundhouse concerts as well.Great venue!
