Hello Ascent... Overall, everything is good. Location: Close to restaurants, Alfamart, close to the town square and the city center. Service: Staff are nice and friendly. When we entered the door, we were always greeted with "good morning, good evening, etc." However, registration took quite a long 30 minutes, probably because it was busy and there were a lot of guests. BTW, while we checked in, we were allowed to use the swimming pool facilities. We asked to borrow an iron and they responded immediately. The food: delicious, perhaps a bit pricey because it's delicious. Room comfort: cold AC, great mountain view, clean, staff always cleans every morning, toilet works well, but we were given a smoking room, even though we booked a non-smoking one. Well, there wasn't any cigarette smell, probably because it had been cleaned, and the staff also offered to spray it again if it needed to be cleaned. Thank you, kind receptionist. 🤗 Before we queued to enter, the receptionist offered us a drink first. It was the best. Thank you. The cleaning service was also great. We ran out of towels while swimming, and we were given new ones. 🙏🏻☺️ Always success, Ascent, to all crew and management

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The service was friendly, the cleanliness was good, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast menu was quite good, but not very varied, hehe.

Staying at Hotel Ascent was a pleasure! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the homey atmosphere made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Given the amenities and service provided, the price was well worth it. I'll definitely stay here again!
